Lobster Cottage is a beautiful three-bedroom cottage with harbour views located just a stone's throw from Poole’s vibrant Quayside. Poole Quay and Old Town have a superb choice of restaurants and bars – all just a short stroll away. The cottage benefits from a pretty courtyard garden - perfect for al fresco dining!

A character cottage in a contemporary style and comprehensively furnished. Entrance hall leading to cosy living room with stunning views towards the harbour across the fishermans' dock. Open plan fully fitted kitchen and dining area leading to the courtyard garden with table and chairs. Ground floor cloakroom. Stairs to master bedroom (5ft kingsize bed) with corner aspect and super views of the harbour. Ensuite shower room (walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Bed 2 with 5ft kingsize bed. Further bedroom with 2x 3ft single beds. Family bathroom with shower over the bath, sink and toilet.

Parking - One off-road allocated space within electric gated area (serving 3 properties).

Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryers.

Technology - Smart 40 inch TV with freeview, Netflix, Disney. Amazon Alexa for music. Xbox 1. Blueray through Xbox. WIFI.

Kitchen - Dishwasher, electric induction hob, electric fan-assisted oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, double sink. Washer / dryer (in cloakroom)

Restrictions - No smoking. No Pets.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

Great place to stay in Poole

We had a great stay at Lobster Cottage in Poole. The accommodation was clean, the standard of finishes is high and it was very well equipped. Some nice touches like board games, books, DVDs and games console if the weather is bad and you chose to stay in. The location is very central and handy for access to Poole Quay.
