Fantastic location. Great host. Only frustrations were 83 steps to reach it (we aren’t young). The owner has use of almost all the storage. Every grocery we bought sat on the counter. Same in bath and bedroom and we don’t like clutter. Would consider a different property from the same host.

Naoual’s Place

A great location for us. We walked everywhere we wanted to go, though trams were available right outside our door. Great neighborhood - quiet, abundant restaurants, coffee shops and groceries. Highly recommend.

Great apartment in a great location

Naoual's apartment was very comfortable for our group of four adults, and she was very responsive to our questions/requests. The location was ideal, with transit just steps away, many stores and restaurants nearby, and beautiful parks/attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodations in Oslo. Note that the apartment is on the 5th floor and there isn't an elevator. I didn't find this to be a concern, but it could be for someone with mobility issues.

The perfect location to experience Oslo

Very nice apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. My three teenage daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oslo. Naoual was especially helpful and attentive to our every need. We are hoping to be back in Oslo soon, and will definitely want to stay at Naoual's.

Great Location!

The 2 bedroom apartment was in a fantastic location! The property manager, Naoual, was the best! She was helpful when we were unable to navigate Oslo streets (btw - very helpful learning Norway street signs before driving there!), helpful with parking and even when we were carrying luggage up the 5 flights of stairs! Could not have asked for anything more. Very clean and close to everything. Perfect rental.

Wonderful flat: great location, very comfortable

This is a great place to stay in Oslo and the hostess is a delightful person; friendly, kind, and a great communicator. There are a number of great places to eat within walking distance, and tram stop that is a 2m walk away. The beds are comfortable, there is good water pressure in the shower, and there is a full kitchen. The windows do a great job of minimizing the sounds of the city. The only unfortunate note we had was that the washer/dryer broke, but that was a minor inconvenience. Would stay here again.

Unexpected

We liked the apartment very much. The location could not have been better. Please note, building does not have an elevator . This was omitted in the description through no fault of theirs. That is the only reason why they didn’t get a perfect score. High praise to the owner who made amends for the error. I would recommend without hesitation.

No elevator 5 flights of stairs

Location was great but owner had a lot of her personal items there so not a lot of room for our things and only half the refrigerator to use and no freezer for ice cream.Owner every nice but also no a/c and some nights if it raining you could not have the windows open. Should have there is no elevator and 5 flights of stair, also.

horrible apt. We left afer 20 minutes. Pile of shoes in the entrance, (5th floor without elevator.

no use to the fridge which apart a rack was full. No use or the freezer absolutely full, no wifi. no washer. Tiny, living room . Bedroom with only an opening in the ceiling and for 4 nights 2.485 euros We decided to go elsewhere. We were good and faithful clients to Air B n B. That was our first experience with Abritel. The hostess never spoke to us, never explained

This is a very beautiful apartment an a lovely area of Oslo but there are a few things travelers should be aware of: it is at the top floor of a walk up building (4-5 stories) and so not appropriate for anyone not able or willing to climb a lot of stairs. The apartment has two bedrooms but only one was unlocked for my use and it was very small and had two small twin mattresses on the floor on either side of the room under eaves, really better for kids. I was not expecting that. The beds would be uncomfortable for a tall or large person or anyone who isn’t agile with getting up off the floor. The apartment is on a fairly busy street so there is considerable noise from the tram and the bar downstairs. And due to a lot of fees the apartment in total was much more expensive than i was expecting from the listing on Expedia. It is also clear that this is a true VRBO type of apartment, in that the owner’s personal items are evident in the apartment—shoes, make-up, etc. The apartment is elegant, spacious, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. It has nice views and big windows. The host communicated well and responded to all of my queries and concerns promptly. She accommodated my late arrival and request to stay an extra day. I enjoyed feeling that I was living in the neighborhood and felt it was a better experience than a hotel for getting to know Oslo. The location is fantastic for food, shopping and transportation.
