Layout
Villa Kalma Pente consists of two levels: An open plan area with a lounge-dining room, a guest WC, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, adjacent to the main bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
French doors open onto the front terrace with extra sitting-dining facilities leading out to the pool.
The interior staircase joins the ground floor with the upper level and the loft. The upper level boasts a second double bedroom with a front balcony and side shower room, whilst the loft houses the twin bedroom, separating it from the main sleeping area.
Pool and Terraces
The sunlit pool is located at ground level, accessed via Roman steps and equipped with ample facilities for sunbathing or just chilling out.
