We had a wonderful stay over the Halloween weekend. The house is very spacious - plenty of room for our party of 4 adults, 3 children and a dog. It was well equipped and the location right on the beach is amazing. We used the hot tub everyday. The welcome pack was a real treat! A superb modern holiday home enjoyed by all… we didn’t want to come home….

Superb location. Literally open back door and on the beach. Lovely facilities. Much use made of the hot tub, games room and bbq. Good local pubs. If you love fish go to the Crab and Lobster. Amazing food. Would thoroughly recommend.

Truly relaxing stay

What a truly relaxing stay. The beach location can not be beat and I worry that no holiday location in the UK will ever outshine this truly wonderful property! Sitting outside drinking tea and reading a book was exactly what we needed. Kids were always entertained whilst at the house and loved their first ever hot tub!

40th Birthday celebrations with family

The house was exactly as described and had everything that we needed for our family weekend away. It was very clean and the hosts had thought of everything - even leaving us some treats on arrival. The views were gorgeous and we especially loved the hot tub!

Amazing property

A wonderful property, superb host in a terrific location. Our family of 7 aged between 23 and 80 thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here. The sunrises in the early morning were spectacular. The house has everything you need and more. We would absolutely recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Great house for a family gathering

The house is exactly as described, and the view from the dinning/living area is one you won’t forget. The owners have thought of even the smallest details to make your stay a memorable one, games room and hot tub kept even the teenagers in our group happy. Wonderfully appointed house

Fantastic location both for its panoramic views of the beach and sea alongside great local amenities and places of interest to visit. The living space worked brilliantly for our multi-generational family holiday as even the “cook for the day” was not excluded from the view and everything that was going on. Great location -On the beach

Great property, listening to waves on the shingle. I love this sound” property had lots of little extra touches, hot tub, games room, nespresso machine, chocolates on the pillows and even a treat for our two dogs. The whole family enjoyed included our two dogs.

Great Stay

The property is in an amazing location right on the beach with a small supermarket and a cafe within walking distance. The Lion pub about a mile away is excellent. The only negative comment I would make is that the front garden needs a bit of maintenance and finishing off in some areas. Everything else, perfect.

Thanksgiving

This property was amazing! The rooms were all bigger than I could judge by the photos. The living space and high ceilings lent themselves to having all of us around and feeling spacious. With a games room, jacuzzi and beach outside the door even in November this was a perfect stay. We made many really happy family memories over our long weekend.

Amazing

2nd time here and the addition of the jacuzzi just adds to the most fantastic stay. Whole booking process was easy with Dean and house was spotless. Waking in the morning to that view cannot beaten. Lots of lovely walks and playing at the arcade. Will be returning again.

Wow!

What a fantastic house, furnished to a very high standard and you don't need to take anything, Dean and Julia have thought of everything. The Games Room in the garage was a huge bonus. Amazing location, easy walk to café, amusements and pubs. We will definitely be returning.

Dream beach house!

We have just returned from the most wonderful stay at this very special place! Gorgeous location on the beach, breathtaking views, luxurious accommodation. Dean is very helpful and has thought of everything in the house, from built in phone chargers to Nespresso! The games room/hot tub is so fun in the evenings. We also loved Pagham with the little shops, amusement arcade and handy local supermarket. We can’t wait to return, thank you!

Christmas

Family of 7, including 2 young granddaughters stayed for four nights over Christmas. We all had a fantastic time. House is so well fitted out, especially the kitchen. Loved the arrival touches- wine, milk & cake just to mention a few, plus of course a Christmas tree, Hot tub was a bonus.

Fabulous property in a stunning location

The house was ideally suited for our holiday on the south coast. Its location was excellent, convenient for the amenities of the village and right on the beach for amazing views and fantastic walks. The property was really spacious and very well equipped. We really enjoyed using the games room, table tennis and hot tub, great entertainment for our teenagers and it meant we were happy to stay in on the one rainy day we had. Excellent communication from Dean to as well as thoughtful welcome treats. I would highly recommend this property.

Family reunion

We had a wonderful time in this brilliant house. Even the weather was perfect for our first family get-together for four years. We made use of all the facilities - kayak, table tennis, pool, darts, barbecue, hot tub and of course lots of sea swimming. The only thing that we didn’t need was the TV - and there was hardly a screen in sight amongst the youngsters all weekend! The attention to detail was very impressive and Dean could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We definitely hope to go again.

Wow just Wow!

We were very lucky to find this wonderful house. We were all delighted with it and it was a great space for the family to meet up, (7 adults).It was beautifully and tastefully furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Dean and Julia really had thought of everything for a holiday. It was wonderful to be so close to the sea. Just to open the door and walk along the beach. At night it was very peaceful and lovely to hear the roar of the sea and the waves crashing on the beach. We all enjoyed playing with the games in the garage and table tennis. We had a very enjoyable weekend here and look forward to returning. I would highly recommend it
