We had a fantastic stay, house was clean, weather was fantastic so pool was in full use, garden space is lovely, very well equipped house. Co-op, chip shop, Indian restaurants in walking distance, good location to get to Bosham, west wittering beach, bognor regis, and Hayling island. Some sun loungers would have been nice but overall we were very happy. Good communication from host, Thanks Laura for our memorable enjoyable stay

Lovely property

We had a lovely 4 night stay at the property! It was very well equipped and the garden and swimming pool were wonderful. The property was very clean and had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic weekend at this property, the swimming pool being a game changer. Only issue we had was that the sofa beds were uncomfortable but this did not stop us having a lovely time. Check in was perfect and everything was very clean.

Amazing

Cottage and annexe was very spacious, everything you needed was provided, swimming pool was great we all enjoyed it, garden is big enough to play games in, we stayed with our adult children and 4 of our grandchildren they all had a fantastic time

Thatch cottsge

They stay overall was good but felt as the weather was so good the cover needed to be removed from the pool as it needed a clean in areas and said cover off from 1st may ? Sun loungers would be good chairs very flimsy and not strong , shower didn’t work in pool room water would not get hot so 6 of us all had to use shower in kitchen and in the middle bedroom in thatch the curtains were only propped fell down on closing g , the cottage needs a bit of tlc

Weekend Getaway

Lovely Property with comfortable and cutely setup bedrooms, plenty of space for families to spend time together, relax and enjoy, all the bathrooms were nice and clean. Wonderful garden to relax and enjoy the sun in with a large clean swimming pool. The host had provided us with some complementary refreshments, which was generous, host was also in regular contact providing us with information when needed. The only one issue we had was that the garden door did not lock completely which was an issue for safety at night and we had kids with us. When asked the host did not get back about it so we spent our two nights with a partially locked garden door. I’m sure this can be resolved, so in conclusion I would definitely recommend this cottage to family and friends x

A family favourite

The old thatch was lovely , great location and the pool was the one key attribute that kept us all cool , heated to 28 and in the sun it maintained the temperature we were so lucky with the weather 30 degrees and above all week ! Laura who managed property came out with no issues as we couldn’t get Wi-Fi to work , local pub was amazing food The white Swan , 2 minute walk away , location was great not a noisy area even though it was in a built up area , parking for 3 cars on driveway with gates , only comment would like the side gate to be lockable as anyone could walk into the garden and you wouldn’t see them but everything else was great

Bosham nights

Had a great time with the family lovely accommodation would definitely go again. Only thing paid for pool to be heated could have been warmer and that would have made it perfect.
