Kerriers Studio, Private Hot Tub, Natural, Peaceful, Mid Cornwall

Kerriers Studio is an ideal spot from which to enjoy and explore the beauty of Cornwall. We are only 3/4 mile from the A30 (the main road into the county). Natural materials have been used throughout including slate floors and western red cedar joinery. The Studio has a separate entrance and private garden (with a hot tub) ensuring complete privacy. The farmhouse (our family home) is separated from the guest accommodation by a large garden lawn (originally the farm yard).
Guests are welcome to explore further garden space adjacent to the Studio where there is an old mill pond and an open field.
There is one King size bed. Z bed or cot available on request for one child.
Short stays available April and May. Please feel free to get in touch for details and best prices.

Simply Perfect

Loved staying here. The studio was the perfect size and had everything you needed. The bed was so comfortable. The surrounding area was quiet. We loved seeing the deer in the fields at night and sitting in the hot tub watching the starta and wildlife. Will definately be returning.

The studio is exceptionally clean and well equipped. It was nice to have the use of your own hot tub and private garden. The location is peaceful and you are very central position to travel to all the nearby beaches around Padstow and other areas of interest Bodmin moor and jail is worth a visit.

Fantastic

We had a lovely few days at Kerriers, wished we could of stayed longer! Our daughter Bea loved it and now says it’s her favourite Cornwall house! The location was perfect so lovely and quiet and the studio was perfect for what we needed. Sarah was also lovely and Bea loved meeting the cat!

A little piece of heaven

After not being able to go abroad both this year and last we were desperate for a change of scenery to destress. The cottage and location were amazing - beautiful and peaceful and very well stocked and maintained. If you want things to do it is an excellent base for reaching numerous other places, but we were happy chilling in the enclosed private garden or in the hot tub most of the time. The hosts were lovely and we can highly recommend this fabulous holiday let.

I can't fault it. It's in a great location with access to the coast only 25 minutes either side.

The property is very well maintained and is kept as listed on the site. Very clean and had everything we needed in terms of utensils in the kitchen to cook with.

Lovely well maintained barn in very peaceful location.

Stayed for 3 nights in studio barn. Barn is in rural setting and bit tricky to find but owner helpfully provided detailed directions. Lovely cosy barn, very clean with comfortable beds and little private garden with hot tub. Slept really well as location so quiet and peaceful. Owner pleasant but not at all intrusive, the scones and jam were nice touch. Kitchen small but had everything you needed for short stay. Not much to do in the immediate area (especially if like us you had rainy days) but great base for exploring Cornwall and popular resorts like Newquay and Padstow only about 20 minute drive away. Highly recommend.

Nice and quiet, really good facilities

Beautiful accommodation in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Kerriers Barn. The Barn itself had everything we needed, and the location was ideal for exploring Cornwall. The hot tub was also great! Would absolutely stay again and would happily recommend to friends. Sarah was a brilliant host, very accommodating and helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic week in the stunning Kerriers Studio

We stayed in the Kerriers Studio with our 4 year old daughter for 6 nights in August. After a long drive we arrived to a warm welcome off Sarah personally that also included scones with clotted cream/jam and a bottle of Cava, what more can you ask for!! The studio itself was spotlessly clean, a big comfy bed with plenty of storage and a pull out sofa in the living area that my daughter loved. Fully contained kitchen and shower room too. It is very modern but kept the barn features that make this a perfect space and feel. The private garden and hot-tub were a winner for all three of us. The location is perfect to visit surrounding towns and attractions and we have already recommended this to friends and family. We will be booking again for next year!!! PERFECT!! Martin
