Based in the heart of Santorini's capital Fira, in the picturesque settlement of Kontochori.
Aligned with the Cycladic architecture ,the elegance of simplicity, comes in harmony with the natural environment of the island.
This two level Villa is fully air-conditioned with perfect Wi-Fi connection.
The first floor, an authentic Santorinian Cave, has a bedroom with a Queen Sized bed, a private walk-in bath , a living room with a sofa bed , an equipped kitchen and a small patio. The upper floor, includes a bedroom with a Queen Sized bed, a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the Sunrise in the Aegean Sea.
Ideal for couples, companies and families.
Daily Traditional Breakfast is offered at the property.
Accurately in 250 m there are: international banks, shops, restaurants, museums, entertainment options and the famous Orthodox Cathedral church of Ypapanti in the Gold Street.
Just 8klm from Athinios Port and 6klm from the national airport.

Perfect location and excellent host

Lovely place with close access to town. Host was exceptional and went over and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had what we needed. She gave us a map and pointed out all of the great places to visit and best restaurants. She is wonderful and so friendly. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Santorini.

Great Experience

Sotiria was amazing, helped us arrange transport and make perfect recommendations for places to visit and eat. Great spot, but a bit of an uphill hike to get into town as you’d expect in Fira.

Fantastic Greek hospitality

We loved everything about our stay. Sotiria made us feel like honored guests. She provided advice on what to see, had our breakfast delivered, arranged transportation, and helped us with logistics. Thank you. We will be back!

Host With the Most!

The place was lovely, clean, well equipped. The real plus for this place is Hillory. Santorini doesn’t have addresses as such. She arranged for transportation to and from the ferries, the semiprivate guide, the caldera cruise, all of which were wonderful. She responded to our questions immediately. And she is very pleasant, like nothing is too much trouble.

Very satisfied!

This cave home in Santorini, was a great experience(3 nights for us). Good location, close to the town Center in Fira, can walk to everything there. The Caldera is a short walk away. Da Costa restaurant on the Caldera an easy great dinner option to see the sunset. 8 min walk to the local bus station for a cheap trip to Oia to spend a day. I think to go anywhere else you need to rent a car or something. Ria, our host, was fantastic, so responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Her suggestions made our trip what it was, stress free and enjoyable. She is just a wonderful person, and genuinely cares about your experience here. Only negatives… the main floor bed mattress is QUITE firm(hard) it would be a deal breaker for me if needing to stay there for a week. I have mentioned to Ria for them to get a mattress topper or something. The one thing I want on a holiday is a good night sleep. Other than that I would happily recommend this apartment. Thank you Ria for a wonderful stay in Fira!
