Villa Casa Mara is a newly built modern villa in the heart of Istria. Villa Casa Mara is located in central Istria, 10 km from the town of Vodnjan and 20 km from Pula.

Ideal for a relaxing holiday, Villa Casa Mara consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 en suite bathrooms, a 4th bathroom on the ground floor, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining room. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating for those who want to experience the Istrian winter magic.

On the villa's ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a living room, a separate toilet with a sink, and 1 bedroom with a double bed, TV, and en suite bathroom.

On the first floor are 3 other bedrooms equipped with a double bed, television, and en suite bathroom.

In the courtyard of Villa Casa Mara, you can find a heated swimming pool of 32 m2, deckchairs by the pool for relaxing and sunbathing, a fireplace with a large dining table for 8 people, table tennis, and a slide for the youngest.
