Escape to our stunning property where guests can expect a truly exceptional experience. Our spacious fully air conditioned sea view property is set on a hillside near Porto Cervo offering a second to none panorama of the Maddalena archipelago of Islands and bay of Cannigione. Watch the sailing boats cross the bay under magical pink sunsets.

Our all inclusive weekly package means there are no extra costs and cover you for linens, bath towels, pool towels, pool cleaning except one final cleaning fee. You can expect to find all the basic essentials such as coffee, olive oil, drinking water, organic detergents and an arrival welcome hamper of excellent Sardinian wines and locally sourced organic cheeses, salamis and famous Sardinian pane Carasau.

Strategically set in the dramatic landscape between Porto Cervo and San Pantaleo, the villa provides the perfect oasis to enjoy space away from the crowds but within minutes of all excellent beaches, restaurants and nightlife.

The house Around the pool, terraces, and lush gardens there are exceptional spaces with unique vistas on all sides that offer privacy to relax in tranquility and take in the views. For the more sporty, the location offers plenty of opportunities for hiking or mountain biking. Two Mountain bikes are available for guests along with yoga mats and tennis rackets.

The nearest beaches are five minutes by car: Cala Genepri, Rocca Beach and Fingers Beach Club at Porto Sole which all have quality restaurants. Other restaurants nearby are Giagoni in San Pantaleo, Frati Rossi in Porto Cervo with supermarkets, pharmacy and atm available in Abiadori all within a five minute drive. The stunning locations of Phi Beach and Ritual Night Clubs are a ten minutes drive in Baia Sardinia.

This is a hillside haven perfect for families and those seeking a quiet place to retreat in style and enjoy exploring the exquisite Smeralda coastline, charming nearby villages, Gallura cuisine, vinyards and glamorous marinas and world renown nightlife.

This property is unbelievable, and as advertised. Location is great for a quick 10 minute drive to multiple beaches and restaurants. Highlight is definitely the view from the back patio and pool. Matt was super helpful answering questions previsit and was also extremely helpful with recommendations and other bookings during the visit. Highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time at the villa and in Sardinia. The villa was great! Perfect location 10-15 mins drive to everything, privacy and a Stunning view. Villa was very clean and equipped with everything you could need. The pool was fantastic - big pool with a gorgeous view, and sun all day. Matthew was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had and also recommendations for activities beach clubs etc. Highly recommend!!

Elegant villa in a beautiful location

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Matt’s gorgeous villa - it’s equipped with absolutely everything you need and Matt is a responsive and helpful host. The views from the villa are fantastic and it’s located near some lovely villages and outstanding beaches. Despite some heavy rain before we arrived, we found the roads up to the villa very manageable in a hire car. We’d love to stay again in the future.

The house with pool sits at the top of a hill that provides a spectacular view. The house has a very contemporary feel - airy and open spaces. 3 very comfortable beds and bathrooms. The property manager was super responsive - could not have asked for a better place !!! Thanks Matt!

Villa with million dollar view

We stayed at Matts place and we had a great holiday. He is a great host and was very helpful with everything. The house is amazing and has everything you need so do not take anything with you because it is all there. It was super clean and the location is very central. Within 5 minutes you have grocery stores and a lot of little villages are less than a 10 minute drive. Going up the hill to the villa is a little effort but when you arrive you will be rewarded with the best view there is.

Stunning place

Matt's place, high up in the hills looking down over an incredible coastal vista is simply stunning. The house is extremely well maintained with beautiful grounds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large and homely living area (complete with piano). The pool and area is also lovely and Matt keeps some pool and beach equipment for your needs. The place is remote and it's a bumpy single-track road to get to the house, but worth it for what awaits you. We had several trips to nearby hotspots including Baja Sardinia, Porto Cervo, and San Pantaleo. Highly recommended for an unforgetful holiday.

Wunderschönes Haus in einzigartiger Lage!

Das Haus mit seiner wunderschönen (Allein-) Lage ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Aussenanlagen sowie die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool, die Berge und das Meer. Auch im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Wenn mal etwas nicht vorhanden ist, so organisiert das Matt im handumdrehen und steht auch sonst jederzeit für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Wirklich toll! Für uns sicherlich nicht der letzte Besuch. Und wenn es wieder mal nach Sardinien geht, dann auf jeden Fall in dieses Haus!

Sardinien mir Höhen und Tiefen

Das Haus ist sehr schön, vor allen Dingen der Aussenbereich ist fantastisch. Sensationelle Aussicht, grosser schöner und sauberer, ungeheizter Pool, der leider keine Abdeckung oder Kindersicherung hat. Allerdings ist es etwas beschwerlich, dorthin zu kommen. Wir empfehlen, einen SUV zu mieten, da es sonst eventuell zu Schäden am PKW kommen könnte. Die Müllentsorgung ist etwas kompliziert, da der Müll ca. 3-4 km entfernt in Containern entsorgt werden muss. Das Haus ist innen sehr sauber, bedarf aber aus unserer Sicht in diesem Preissegment einer Renovierung. Die 3 Bäder sind sehr klein und teilweise alt und defekt. Die Dusche im Masterbad funktionierte nur bedingt. Klimaanlagen gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer und in einem Schlafzimmer. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer sind nur mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet. Im Sommer sicherlich sehr heiß. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind durchgesessen und teilweise löchrig. Auch hier sollte dringend etwas Neues angeschafft werden. Die Küche hat auch schon ihre besten Tage gesehen, ist aber funktionell und ohne Probleme nutzbar. Sehr nützlich sind die Fliegengitter vor Fenstern und Türen am Abend.

Awesome property with amazing views

From the moment we drove through the gates to the property it felt like we entered a nature preserve. The house sits on the highest point with amazing views of the sea,, rock formations and endless fields. The house was exactly as Matt describes it. We had some great dinners & everything we needed we found in the kitchen. Great large terraces for outdoor dining. Pool & deck were in perfect condition. Some of the best sunsets we’ve ever seen. Some of the best star gazing we’ve ever seen! Really good hiking on the property! Matt was very friendly & helpful pointing out best beaches & with restaurant recommendations. It was only 15 minutes down to the beaches, Porto Cervo marina or shopping. Even though we spent a month at the house, time flew by because we all really enjoyed the peace & privacy of the place. Definitely one of my favorites.

Tolle Villa an ausgezeichneter Lage

Traumhafte, saubere und gut eingerichtete Villa an ausgezeichneter Lage mit Sicht über die Küste der Costa Smeralda. In wenigen Minuten ist man an den schönsten Stränden oder interessanten Hotspots. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Matt, der Gastgeber, hat uns bei Fragen zur Seite gestanden und tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen oder Restaurantbesuche gegeben. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen.

Private, secure and strategically positioned property on the Costa Smeralda.

The nearest beach is a 3 minutes drive at Cala Dei Ginepri which has a super restaurant and bar with great views. Beach clubs within 10 minutes are at Fingers at Porto Sole, Phi Beach in Baia Sardinia and Vesper at Cappricioli. All have very good restaurants and bars.

A warm to hot climate can be enjoyed almost all the year round here in norther Sardinia. The pristine white sandy beaches, crystal clear water and other worldly rock formations that surround the Gallura coastline make it a haven for the discerning traveler and jet set. Glamorous marinas with jaw dropping yachts, exquisite restaurants and stylish venues such as Phi Beach and Ritual offer one insight, bohemian villages such as San Pantaleo offer a more laid back feel with everything from artisan markets, typical dining, live music, wine tasting, art galleries, superb hiking and scenic cycling routes. Yachts and sailing boats can be chartered to explore the beautiful islands that face our property for those that enjoy diving or private secluded coves and beaches.
