Abby's Place Suite 1, 2 y 3

Abby’s Place está ubicado en un acre de terreno, a 1½ cuadras de Main Street. Retiro tranquilo a minutos del corazón del centro. Las suites 1, 2 y 3 son espacios contiguos. Alquilados juntos, duerme 14. Cada suite tiene un dormitorio separado y salas de estar separadas con nuevos sofás cama queen. Muebles antiguos en todas partes. La suite 3 tiene pantalla plana de 65 pulgadas, chimenea de gas, sala de ejercicios, cocina grande con horno doble y área de comedor para 16 personas. El patio trasero cuenta con parrilla de propano, pozo de leña y molino de viento.
Tenga en cuenta: el impuesto total de ocupación hotelera que debemos recaudar y remitir es del 13%. Debido a que VRBO solo recauda el impuesto estatal de ocupación hotelera del 6% y no también el impuesto local de ocupación hotelera del 7%, hemos tenido que agregar una tarifa administrativa que equivale aproximadamente al impuesto del 7% que debemos recaudar y remitir a Fredericksburg. para cumplir con su código tributario.

The size of the living and visiting/seating areas was perfect for our group. We cooked one night and the kitchen was great. Fredericksburg is a great place for get togethers. We rode the winery shuttle and it helped us get around without worry. We will be back.

Inside the house was nice and just as presented. However, outside was a different story. Yard was not maintained, overgrown areas, broken tree limbs, porch not clean, etc. Normally, this wouldn't matter, but we had planned on some outdoor activities.Although, we would still rent again.

Great location and comfortable!

We were a group of 3 couples and the separate suites were perfect for when we needed our space but the gathering area and outdoor fire pit made spending time together easy! Beds were comfortable and kitchen space plenty. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent Property

Loved this place. Very nicely furnished, delightful amenities, personal touches evident everywhere. Plenty of "B&B" offerings, unlike most vacation rentals. Coffee and all the fixings, munchies, snacks - really nice. Ample individual shampoos, hair dryers in each bathroom, nice towels. Lots of room to spread out if you have a group with comfortable gathering places inside and out. Very prompt responses from the owners, great parking, easy check-in/check-out. Very clean and comfortable for families or adults.

Birthdays and Christmas getaway for friends

This house was perfect for our three night visit - actually we wish we could have stayed longer! The house is split up into suites,each having its own sitting areas. The largest has huge a kitchen with 2 tables. Plenty of room for a large dinner or playing board games. We were with two other couples for a getaway and this was the perfect fit for what we wanted. Definitely would want to stay here again!

Excellent VRBO!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was perfect! We knew exactly how to get in and what to do when we left because our host gave us perfect directions and information. We loved the attention to details such as water bottles and snack baskets around the house. We felt so at home. The house was extra clean and was supplied with everything we may need. We also loved how close we were to the Main st. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return again soon!

Eclectic Property

Fit six adults very well. Spacious and rambling!! The bathrooms were tight in suite 1 and only has a curtain for the door (recommending a bifold door or accordian door) and suite 2 had a very tiny shower. Suite 3 shares the largest and nicest bathroom from the common area across the hallway from the bedroom, which we thought it was going to be private within the suite. But since we were all family it worked out well. The owner was prompt with any issues we found and were fixed immediately. I would recommend for families or families with children.

Great Weekend!

Loved Abby Place, found it very comfortable, warm and welcoming. There were three couples, we all felt very comfortable in our space and enjoyed the home. Thank you Ted for providing us a place to just relax and enjoy our time together. Would defiantly rent this property again.

Wine tasting for 6

The property is just like as described in the listing, plenty of space for 3 couples. We had room to be together as well as personal space. The location is right off Main St but not right in the downtown area. Plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance and easy walk to city center (about 1.2 miles). The hosts are very receptive, the beds are very comfortable and the house had everything we needed, cookware, toiletries, plenty of towels, etc. We also enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit in the evenings.

Great option for couples

We enjoyed our stay. We had 3 couples and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and stay comfortably. Ted and Leah were very easy to get ahold of and very helpful. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire both nights were there.

Very antique feel. Everything you can ask for in a home. The only thing I would add is a lock in bedroom #3 & and in one of the doors that leads to the outside.

Great Getaway

We loved this property. We had lots of family but still had our privacy. We cooked a lot and enjoyed the kitchen. The location and parking were great. Check in/out was easy. Hosts were very nice and communication was great. We were very happy there and would highly recommend.

Couples Weekend Getaway

This is a perfect property when having a couples getaway. With one large living area separated into 3 individual suites, each couple was still able to maintain privacy yet come together without feeling isolated from each other. The large kitchen and dining area was ideal for game night, and the fire pit was just perfect for the colder weather. Would love to stay here again, and Ted was quick and responsive.

Amazing Place!! Perfect for our family vacation

It was an overall amazing experience. Renting out the three sweets was the best thing we could have done. Everyone loved the place and commented on how beautiful the house was decorated, as well as the quality of the place and where it was located. It's hard to explain how much my family and I enjoyed staying here. Minutes from down town but with peace and quiet at 'home' was the perfect touch. We loved sitting outside by the fire! 10/10 would stay here again!

My wife Leah and I have fallen in love with Fredericksburg and our Abby's Place! Suite 1 is a rock house built in the 1880s. Suite 2 was added on in 1920s. Suites 3, 4 and 5 were added in the mid 1990s and a bed and breakfast property was created on an acre in the heart of town. Lots of charm and comfort to start with and then we had such fun lovingly furnishing and decorating each unit with a different theme that seemed fitting.
The whole complex has 5 bedrooms (2 kings and 3 queens) with 5 bathrooms and 5 separate living rooms, each with a sofa sleeper. Plenty of space for those in your group to spend time alone or together. We have listings that allow you to stay in 1 suite or to rent several together for your group to enjoy time together. Look for our other listings! The whole complex sits on an acre with plenty of space to sit outside at night by the fire and gaze at the Texas stars!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Abby’s Place is conveniently located in town near the heart of the shopping but it sits on an entire acre of land with a windmill! We love sitting outside at night around the firepit. We are amazed at how many stars you can see in the sky even though you are in town. The trees provide shade during the day as you play horseshoes or washers outside.
