The apartment is spacious and light with an open plan kitchen, dining and living space, with a 65' Sky TV and free WIFI. The very large windows provide loads of natural light and look out onto the peaceful garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a bread machine, dishwasher and separate fridge and freezer. A kitchen island provides extensive worktop space and bar stools for 2. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided. The living space has 2 huge and comfortable sofas, a traditional log burning fire and dining table to seat 6. An apple Imac desktop is provided free for your use through the guest profile.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 very single beds, all with new very comfy mattresses. Both bedrooms come with ample clothes storage and black out blinds and curtains. Bed linen and towels provided.
The main bathroom has bath with hand held shower. The 2nd bathroom with underfloor heating has a waterfall shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Complimentary mini toiletries provided.
Takeaway delivery available through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat!
The apartment is accessed through a private large gateway with free designated parking directly outside. Enjoy a huge garden with patio area, children's play equipment and chickens. The garden is shared with 1 other apartment but rarely used.
The apartment comes with a designated parking space in a private carpark, directly outside the apartment building. It is conveniently located on a main bus route from the City Centre, main train station and Exeter airport.
I give my guests space but am available when needed Self check in and check out. We will leave you to enjoy the apartment, however we live close by should you need anything. We have lived in Exeter for many years and are happy to offer suggestions on places to eat and where to explore.

1 minute walk from the apartment is a bus stop which takes you into the city centre where both the bus and train station are. Exeter has electric bike points across the city which is the nicest way to get around to avoid traffic. The nearest bike point to the apartment is a 5 minute walk.
