The apartment was clean and very well maintained. The facilities were great and the beds were very comfortable. The stay was wonderful overall. One small recommendation would be to consider adding a dryer function or a separate dryer with the washing machine, as it would make longer stays even more convenientWe enjoyed our stay at the apartment, loved the facilities and the outdoor garden. It was an awesome place.

My review would be 5 stars except that we received the WRONG code. Ali, our host came to our rescue and helped us. The condo itself was great, very clean, well laid out. It had parking in front, an easy walk to restaurants at the Quay and a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral. I recommend this property..

If I could give this property 10 stars I would! Very quiet, and a short walk to the fabulous Exeter Quay. The owners have provided all the little things that make you feel at home. Their 3 basic rules; respect the neighbours, put out the trash and have fun, set the welcoming tone.Communication with the rental management was also easy and helpful when necessary.We did not want to leave.
