Villa Mas Tranquila is a modern Andalusian home that epitomises understated luxury living. We recently completed a full renovation to live in ourselves, so every detail has been carefully considered for optimum comfort and relaxation.
Villa Mas Tranquila is powered by solar energy.
150m from the iconic beach of Fuente Del Gallo, stunning sea views can be enjoyed from the master bedroom and upper terrace.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
UPSTAIRS
• Bedroom 1 - Master: Super King size bed (180 x 200). Sea views. Large terrace with seating area and an outdoor bed.
• Bedroom 2: Two Single size beds (90 x 200). 4 windows.
• Micro-cement bathroom with a large shower.
DOWNSTAIRS
• Bedroom 3: King size bed, (160 x 200). Ensuite marble bathroom with a double shower and separate bath.
• Bedroom 4: Two Single size beds (90 x 200). Doors out to the poolside terrace. Desk and office chair.
• Bedroom 5: Two single beds (80x190).
• Marble bathroom with a large shower.

At the back there is a smaller roof terrace, perfect for a morning coffee or yoga class.
Downstairs, there is a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen including a built-in barbeque and wood pizza oven for alfresco dining, and several outdoor chill-out areas to cool off or enjoy a drink.
A beautiful chirringuito (beach restaurant), a cocktail bar, a café, restaurant and a local shop are all within a 5-minute walk and the popular town of Conil is 1.5km or a 20 minute stroll along the beach.
Fuente del Gallo beach offers some incredible surf and there is also direct access to stunning walking and biking trails along the adjacent clifftops from the villa.

We are a Swedish couple who have fallen for the abundant charms of Costa De La Luz since moving here a few years ago. We have a shared passion for design and have spent the past few years creating our homes where comfort, simplicity and quality are the foundations from which understated luxury permeates.
Having walked the well-trodden path to a warmer climate and slower pace of life, our homes have been created to encourage peace and tranquility throughout. Villa Mas Tranquila offers the very best in modern hospitality, with an unwavered focus on quality and comfort. Originally designed for two families to share, the villa has a practical layout. There are three bedroom areas completely separate to one another, which is perfect for multi-generational holidays or multiple families. These areas are connected by a spacious open plan living room to maximise social time, and a large contemporary kitchen / dining area which accomodates the typical buzz of meal times and family traffic with ease. The kitchen is equipped with top of the range AEG appliances and extensive work surfaces so everyone can get hands on.
The outdoor area has been equally well-considered with multiple lounge areas so everyone can enjoy their own space as and when.
