About this property

Quiet house with pool, great 1200 sqm garden and WIFI

Our great house "Finca las Rosalindas" is located about 3 km from the beach and 2 km from the village center in a more rural area in Conil de la Frontera. It stands in the middle of a really beautiful garden with olive, orange and lemon trees, date palms and ten meter high cacti.
If fruits are on the trees, you are welcome to harvest and enjoy!

The decor of the house is very individual and designed with love, - only in June 2017, the renovation has been completed!
There is a large living-dining room with fireplace, sofa, a beautiful rustic seating area and a dining table for about 8 people.
The kitchen has a seating area for about 6 people, is large and fully equipped.
All electronic devices are new: From espresso machine, electric coffee grinder and milk frother, blender, orange squeezer and ice machine washing machine, dishwasher, - our kitchen offers everything your heart desires!
There are two larger bedrooms and three smaller ones, one of which has only one window to the corridor. All other rooms have a nice view of the green garden and partly of the new pool.
The house is usually cool in mid-summer, but there is still a portable fan for all cases.

The terrace provides some shade and is not covered in a corner, so that you can enjoy the sun until the evening hours. From there you have a wonderful view of the hills around Conil.

We have two colorful hammocks in the garden where you can do a siesta in the shade. And since March 2018 we also have a great pool with a cozy seating area for sunbathing.

Outside there is a covered dining area on the veranda and in the garden is also a large dining table with wooden benches for about 12 people. There is also a portable grill, which is great to use and with which you can even smoke fish!

We provide 5 bikes (3 new ones) with locks, and are happy if they are treated well :). In the village it is possible to borrow more. On our property you can park with a car. In front of the door again max. two.

By car one is from the house in max. 6 min on the beach of Conil, in 4 min. in the village center and in 10 min eg. at the neighboring surfer village El Palmar.

Various supermarkets also with fresh fish are from the house by car in 4 min. reachable. The distances are really small.

The special feature of our house is the quiet location a bit away from the tourist bustle, in a neighborhood where only locals live, and the really beautiful garden, with plenty of sun and shade! It can happen that you just do not want to leave the property for a few days, because it is so wonderfully relaxing!

The house is really nice but there are things that could have been better. We arrived quite late and it would have been good to at least have had some water in the fridge but there was nothing. The gas bottle hadn't been changed so we had to do that before we could take a hot shower.The shower got blocked at one point and flooded the bathroom and kitchenA lot of the crockery could have been cleaned better.The location isn't great. It's 30 minutes walk into town and a bit out of the way.The host was nice and helpful when we contacted her though.

Bonita vivienda

Casa bastante grande, buena piscina y equipada de todos los utensilios. Echamos en falta sábanas, microondas, presión de agua en duchas y pocas luces en interior y exterior. Almohadas de plumas muy blandas. Quizás también deberían cambiar la TV, es pequeña y no reconoce aparatos externos (PlayStation). Salvo esos detalles, en general todo muy aceptable, volveríamos a repetir.

Der Garten ist herausragend, der Pool super, die Küche groß. Ganz hervorragend.

Der Garten spricht für sich selbst. Ein schöner Sitzplatz, der zusätzliche Platz mit Sonnendach ist auf den Fotos noch nicht einmal gezeigt. Der Pool mit den Liegestufen und natürlich beleuchtet hat seinen besonderen Reiz. Die Lage ist gar nicht so besonders, aber weil man von überall in den tollen Garten sieht ist es viel besser als man erwarten kann, wenn man sich zum Beispiel auf Google Maps die Lage ansieht. Nah bei Conil ist die Lage aber ok, ein Auto/Mietwagen sollte man haben. Das Haus ist älter, aber Teile renoviert und alles vorhanden inkl. kompletter Küche und 4 guten Schlafzimmern. Das 5. ist innen und eher Reserve. Viele schöne Sitzplätze im und am Haus. Das Haus geht Richtung 4 Sterne, aber das Gesamtbild ist klar 5, man kann ja für die Kakteen und Palmen am Haus nicht mehr als 5 geben, hätten sie aber.

La casa está muy bien, sobretodo la zona exterior con una buena piscina y un jardín espectacular. El interior también está bien pero estaría mejor si las habitaciones tuvieran aire acondicionado y si las duchas de los baños funcionarán mejor. Una casa muy recomendable y para repetir.

Bien en general, aunque mejorable

El sitio está muy bien, la ubicación bastante cerca del pueblo, aunque hace falta coche, el jardín y la piscina son perfectos y las instalaciones de fuera, son un diez. Sin embargo la casa es antigua, no está bien limpia, sobre todo el menaje y demás estaba todo bastante sucio. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y lo peor es que no tiene aire acondicionado y se pasa MUCHO calor.

un paraiso que necesita mejores

exteriores espectaculares!! tanto el jardín como la piscina son maravillosos. Pero la casa necesita muchas mejoras, los baños están bastante mal mantenidos, y una habitación es casi un armario por tamaño y que no tiene ventilación exterior. Aún así merece la pena una escapada.

Awesome location, enjoyed with the family. But there is room for improvement

We had a wonderful stay with 3 families and we where exited after seeing the photo's on the website. The house and the garden are even more beautiful in real life! A true paradise. We enjoyed the garden and pool very much. Hanging in the hammocks or laying in the grass under a tree...just awesome. We had bbq's and drank cocktails at night on the terrace. The beaches in the area are fantastic. Conil is a beautiful little town and comes alive at night. There are some supermarkets nearby so all the comfort is there. The owners are friendly and gave us a warm welcome. There were a few things that have room for improvement: - we where with 10 people and some of the bedrooms were just too small. There is no airco and no wind to cool the house. There are some fans in the room but some made a lot of noise. - The pool is really nice, but it just wasn't clean. After contacting the owner the pool was cleaned. So the last days we had a clean pool. - The water pressure dropped after a week and we didn't have water in the kitchen the last days. - On the website it said there were 5 bikes but there were 3 and only 1 working. - The power was cut off because the dishwasher and washing machine were on at the same time. This could have been prevented by just telling us up front. In general we really loved the house and had a great holiday. Although we don't need things to be absolutely perfect, if the above things are improved it's absolutely worth the money.

Paradies in Conil

Wir haben in diesem super Haus mit Pool und wunderschönem Garten zu neunt eine tolle Woche verbracht. Als der Wind am Meer irgendwann zu viel wurde, waren wir froh, 5 Minuten entfernt - geschützt unter unseren Palmen im Garten - den Abend zu genießen. Im Haus ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung perfekt. Der nette Gärtner hat sich um den Pool gekümmert und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war immer unkompliziert und hilfreich. Jederzeit wieder!!

Eine tolle Anlage mit schönem Pool

Der 5. Stern fehlt, weil es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Wir hatten tagsüber über 30 Grad und Nachts keine Abkühlung. Da auch phasenweise der Wind fehlte, hatten wir schon große Schlafprobleme!

Schönes Haus mit wunderbarem Garten

Dies ist wirklich ein sehr schönes Haus mit Charakter. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Völlig ungestört kann man sich mit einem guten Buch auf die Liege legen, dem Vogelgezwitscher lauschen und auch mal eine Runde schwimmen gehen. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen.
