Its situated on the Southside of Torrevieja between the Famous Pink salt lakes and the Mediterranean sea. the closest beaches (Both blue Flag status for cleanliness and facilities) are situated at Punta Prima and Los Nafregus both can be reached within 7 minutes by car /taxi or Approx 15 minutes by Bus . Visit the Torreveija Town centre 10 min drive (car /taxi) or 15 minutes by bus

We have two large international airports - Alicante and Murcia both within a 55 minute drive to the villa

Brilliant Villa

Me & large family stayed for a week and we enjoyed ourselves. Villa is very spacious and has everything needed to make your stay feel comfortable. I would definitely consider coming back. Thanks for a great visit.

We had a great time, thanks so much. Our only real grumble would be the pool - with the tree overlooking it gets very dirty, very quickly. If there is no appetite to remove the trees, I'd suggest moving to at least 2 a week pool cleans whilst you have guests in, especially as the pool is one of the main selling points of the villa.

Los Balcones Villa (Happy Place)

Beautiful Villa and exceptional grounds. Could do with a little investment to bring it up to date e.g. bedding and towels and could do with more plastic glasses for outside. Overall we had a fabulous holiday and the kids loved the pool

Very nice Villa and grounds.

The property and the grounds were just what we needed for a relaxing family holiday. There were 9 of us in total, 6 adults, a teen, and 2 babies. The villa is nice and spacious inside, with plenty of room for the family the relax without being on top of each other. The pool area and garden are a sun trap, and even though we stayed in late October time, the pool was still a pleasant temperature to swim and relax in. The outdoor kitchen and bbq area made it so easy to cook outside, and the outdoor dining area is situated in a good location that blocks out any breeze. The area is very clean and tidy with no litter on the streets, and all of the houses being behind secure walls and gates gives you the privacy you need. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a relaxing family holiday in a clean, spacious, and well equipped villa.

Beautiful outdoor areas, interiors need renovation and maintenance

We liked about the property the outdoor areas and garden, pleasant even in winter. These areas and the pool are spacious, clean and carefully maintained.The villa is spacious inside but needs to bring it up to date and maintenance too. The floors inside the villa are lifting in several places, particularly at the kitchen entrance and when it rained water entered the walls and floor of the conservatory.The sofas are practically unusable because if you sit on them, they sink downwards and you find yourself sitting almost on the floor, they should be replaced. While trying to arrange the sofa cushions, we saw a sock and a comb abandoned inside. The fridge has no handles. The oven had a faulty opening and was very dirty with grease and baking trays too, so we preferred not to use it. We wanted to make orange juice, so we opened the box of the juicer and saw that it was very dirty, we didn't use it. We didn't even use the kettle because it was full of limescale.There is no heating in the bathrooms, so they remain cold and so do the towels.Overall, the internal areas of the villa require renovation and improvement.

Thank you for comments, we take all guest feedback seriously and will investigate your points mentioned We can advise 2 new sofas have been ordered ready for 2025 season . We found one of the kitchen floor tiles was a little loose and have re secured it. There was a heavy storm during your stay, in these rare events it is possible a little water might enter through the glass roof / windows of the conservatory, we will look into this. we inspected the villa prior to your arrival and we disagree with your comments about the oven, however we will speak to the housekeeper, the juicer and kettle will be checked and cleaned or replaced, we hope to see you again , Kind regards JK villa rentals

Lomatalo vaatimattomampaan tyytyvälle

Ihan toimiva talo riittävällä.huoltotiloilla. Joissakin huoneissa kaapit sisälsivät paljon huonoa sisäilmaa ja ne oli pakko pitää auki. Sisällä kalusteet olivat kuluneita, mutta ehjä. Yhtään terävää veistä ei talosta löytynyt. Ylkerran erillismakuuhuone oli mukava plussa. Ulkotilat eivät luksusta, mutta ok. Ympäristö talon lähellä on siisti ja räksyttäviä koiria lukuunottamatta rauhallinen. Naapurin kastelujärjestelmä ampui kerran yli muurin ulkoruokapöytään.

härligt familjeliv!

Den där känslan när harmoni och glädje känns tillsammans. Vi har haft en underbar vistelse i detta hus. Dagarna i en ren och fräsch pool, trädgård för sena familjemiddagar. Grillat och spelat spel. Bra sovrum och bra köksutrustning. Lite slitet men vad gjorde det när hela stället funkade så bra för alla åldrar. Farmor, morfar, föräldrar och barn. Så kul vi haft. Vi hade stor nytta av hyrd bil. Vi minns vår vistelse med glädje!
