The living area leads directly onto the balcony, which is ideal for breakfast in the morning sun or a relaxing evening.

After an active day, the on-site sauna invites you to unwind. The first sauna session is free of charge; each additional session costs 10 euros. A ski boot warmer and a private ski storage room provide practical convenience in winter. The valley station of the Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski area is just 1.2 km away. In summer, the Hohe Tauern National Park, hiking trails, a herb garden, a bee trail and a stream trail offer a wide range of nature experiences. Shops, restaurants and a bakery are just 300 metres away.
