Our country house "Zell am See," located in the charming village of Niedernsill, consists of three separate apartments.

The "Sauna" apartment is on the first floor, the "Kamin" apartment is on the first floor, and the "Panorama" apartment is on the second floor. All apartments are tastefully furnished in a country-style ambiance.

The “Sauna” apartment, which accommodates up to 4 people, has a living area of approximately 65 square meters and features its own sauna—exclusively available to guests of the apartment—as well as a large garden and a terrace. Ideal for families with pets. During the winter months (November through the end of April), no outdoor furniture is available due to weather conditions!

It features a bedroom with an integrated sauna for exclusive use, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and an open-concept living area with a kitchen and seating for 4 people. The living area also features a large couch that can be used as a sleeper sofa (1.80 x 2.00 m) for 2 additional guests.

The Sauna Apartment offers a charming atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home. You can relax wonderfully by taking a sauna.

For summer vacationers, there are beautiful hiking and biking trails ranging from easy to challenging in the immediate vicinity. There is also a beautifully landscaped swimming lake within walking distance. In addition, there are several lovely golf courses in the surrounding area.

For winter vacationers, the property’s prime location offers a wide range of options. Within a short drive—or via ski bus or train—you can reach the ski lifts in the Kitzbühel Alps (near Hollersbach), as well as the ski areas of Zell am See/Kaprun/Kitzsteinhorn and Saalbach-Hinterglemm/Leogang.
