2-storey townhouse with more than 140m2, it has a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a large lounge with space for your meals. Sofa-bed that suits for 2 persons. You will have direct access to the terrace where there is a BBQ area. On the upper floor are the bedrooms (2 with double beds), both with air conditioning and one with a balcony.
Fully equipped bathroom. Capacity for 6 persons. The townhouse also has a toilet on the ground floor and a private parking. Smart TV, WIFI and espresso coffee machine (Nespresso) are some of the amenities of this fantastic property.

Guests will have exclusive access to the villa and common areas of the condominium where the swimming pool is located. Free parking in the condominium and in front of the property.

24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a message from me in order to best coordinate your arrival time. Our "Meet and Greet" will always be at the property.

We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:

• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | After 10pm: 45 euros.
• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros

Rental services:
• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay
• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay

Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.

A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
