loved the location and the apartment itself. The negative is the three flights of narrow, steep stairs to get in. We were traveling with an elderly family member and these were both difficult and dangerous for him. Getting the luggage to the apartment was a chore.

Family trip

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were close to the market and bridge, but also tucked away from the hussle and bussle of crowds. Our place was clean and had plenty of supplies. I would highly recommended this place.

Great location in Venice

This space in close the Rialto Mercato water bus stop. It does have extremely steep steps but the location is clean and well equipped. As with all old buildings there are a few pointers that the owner left regarding electrical items. We were in walking distance of everything you could want to see and it wasn’t in the thick of the tourist area.

Hidden gem

Property is tucked away but overall location to Rialto market and bridge is great and we found lots of good-value restaurants and fun bars nearby. Apartment is accessed via some steep steps but has three comfortable bedrooms and is well equipped with lots of little extras as well. We were greeted on arrival and our host shared lots of local knowledge and language tips. There is a problem with hot water in one of the bathrooms, but apartment was warm and clean and beds were all made up exactly as requested. Prior to our arrival we were sent lots of really useful information about travel and transport. Mirrors in bedrooms would be appreciated but otherwise we had everything we needed and a homely base from which to explore Venice. Would absolutely recommend a visit to Doges Palace; pre book for this and the Basilica to avoid queues.

Bel appartement très bien situé!

Bel appartement situé près du pont Rialto sur une rue tranquille. L'appartement était d'une propreté remarquable. Vous avez toutes les commodités nécessaires comme à la maison. Freddy nous a tellement bien accueillis et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour à Venise. N'hésitez pas à réserver, vous passerez un excellent séjour.

Tout était parfait

Emplacement idéal, à moins de 5 mn du pont Rialto. Appartement impeccable et bien agencé. Incroyable le calme de cet appartement, alors qu'on est vraiment au centre. Mention spéciale pour les petites attentions qui font toujours plaisir quand on voyage léger : produits de toilette, produits de base de cuisine, thé, café,et eau fraîche dans le frigo. Contact très facile pour l'arrivée et le départ. Bref, je recommande vivement !

Meget fin lejlighed med perfekt beliggenhed. Rolig gade men tæt ved Rialto broen og Rialto marked med grønsags- og fisketorv. OBS på at man skal op ad tre forskellige trapper inden man er i lejligheden. Det er ikke for ældre og gangbesværede. Kan man klare det er alt perfekt.

Great area - close to Rialto market and bridge

Nice clean place and close to shopping and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Communication was excellent with the agency. My only bad comment is it is a 3 flights of stairs to get to it. Therefore you get a workout if you have large luggage - I could not have gotten my 40 lb bag up the stairs without my husbands assistance
