"La Fenice" is a small, fully renovated "gem" typical of Fasano that faithfully preserves the unique characteristics of Puglia, featuring star-shaped tuff vaults and the complete absence of concrete. Ideal for short-term rentals (up to 29 days), it is located in the narrow streets of the historic centre, at Via De Luca No. 41, just a stone’s throw from the square and the high streets. It features a double bedroom on a characteristic wooden loft with a charming built-in closet complete with shelves and coat hooks; a comfortable bathroom, where a shower with a hydromassage column has been installed, allowing you to relax during your stay. An open-concept area where you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances: a kitchenette, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, and a pod coffee machine, in addition to the classic moka pot. And finally, an area with a comfortable sofa bed where you can spend pleasant evenings watching films on our smart TV. Bed linens and towels are provided.
