The little lovely apartment lies in a tiny street in the heart of Polignano, which keeps quietness and peace of the past in spite of its central location...
The residence - finely renovated with characteristic barrel vaults and visible tuff - is split up in two floors and is made up of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and facilities. Proud of this place is the wonderful property terrace, with a partially covered structure which allows enjoying the proper relax surrounded by greenery in complete privacy. The kitchen and the terrace are set at same floor so you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner in this lovely outside furnished area.

The apartment is situated 50 metres from the main public square, and only hundreds metres from the sea and from the narrow streets of the old town with its breathtaking terraces on a sheer drop to the sea.

Great appartement downtown centre Polignano. We loved the layout of the appt. Especially the roof terrace ♥️ The bed wasnt as comfy as it looked, too short for me as i'm almost 2m long. Contact with the host was great. Would definitely recommend the appt!!

Great location and amazing host!

Such a great house with lots of Italian charm! The location of this house could not have been better for our stay. It was in walking distance to most sites and there was a great little grocery store just around the corner (opperated by a very welcoming older Italian couple with a lot of personality) that provided some basic items and had a small deli. All dishes, utensils, pots, etc.. needed in the kitchen were supplied. It was very convenient to be able to cook a few meals as well as do some laundry, making use of the washing machine. The outside space was secluded and we were even able to enjoy the space on a very windy day. The bathroom is a bit tight but it worked fine for our family, even with 2 teen girls. Our host Katia was amazing. We had a car for our stay and she saved us a parking space right in front of the house. Also I had lost an earing in the house that was found after we left Katia worked with me to return it. Our family had an amazing stay. We hope to return again someday soon!

Zentral Stadtwohnung mit schöner Terrasse

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung . Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und Bereitstellung aller Basics zum Kochen. Großer Kühl- Gefrierschrank Die Verbindung zur Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen Es gibt viele Stufen , das sollte man bedenken, falls man Mobilitätsprobleme hat . Das Bad ist klein aber funktional. Mit Clück findet man einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür - ansonsten gibt einen sehr großen Parkplatz ohne Gebühren am Bahnhof . Katja ist eine liebenswerte , aufmerksame Gastgeberin Polignano ist sehr touristisch , aber auch sehenswert und sehr gepflegt und sauber .

Sehr schönes kleines Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren zu viert in Polignano a Mare. Katia war sehr hilfreich, super nett und alles sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, praktisch eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Terasse. Für große Menschen ist es etwas schwierig, da das Bad und die Dusche sowie der Eingang zur Küche sehr klein sind, d.h. sehr oft den Kopr einziehen :) Die Lage ist optimal, einmal um die Ecke und man sieht das Meer, kann in der Fußgängerzone bummeln und lecker essen. Die malerische Bucht und der Platz mit dem "Volare- Mann" Domenico Modugno sind auch nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Danke, Katia, dass wir in deinem schönen Haus wohnen durften!

Polignano: a small piece of Heaven on Earth

If you are looking for the authentic Italian experience, Polignano a Mare is a literal embodiment; through the breathtaking Adriatic coastlines and bays, exquisite local food and a people of passion and heart of the most welcoming of natures. Katia met us with a thorough and informative check in process and followed up with an excellent guide to the area and its many attractions. The house is framed by beautiful arched ceilings, coupled with a classical veranda and outdoor roof patio: it is everything you want in an Italian holiday home. The centre of the town is a 2 minute walk- with it's plethora of focaccia, Sea Food and Pizzeria's- the sea 5 mins away and as is the coastal running train that can take you to the historic town of Monopoli to the south or Bari, home of Peroni's brewery, to the north. The house itself was immaculate, with breathtaking views of the town from the roof and a special mention goes to the proprietors of Salumeria - Vini Prodotti Tipici, the store opposite the homes front door, who's range of local beers, wines and produce was ideal, but more so their delightfully warm manner of service. My family and I will definitely be visiting again in the future- Puglia e bellissimo!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons séjourné à Polignano à mare pour nos vacances de Pâques. Nous avions réservé 4 nuit chez Katia et nous avons été enchanté. Katia est une personne très attentionnée (nos filles ont eu le droit à des œufs de Pâques). Elle nous avait réservé une place de parking près de l’appartement et nous a donné des bons plan pour manger et visiter. Elle est très réactive lorsqu’on la sollicite . L’appartement est très bien situé et équipé. En résumé nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons le logement de Katia.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr lebendiger Umgebung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Katias Apartment war praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders Spaß machte uns das einkaufen in den kleinen Läden rundum, Früchte Gemüse Fisch Pannini und vielmehr. Danach in der perfekt eingerichteten Küche das kochen und auf der schönen dachterrasse das Essen mit einem pulischen Wein zu genießen. Danach ein Giro in der nahen Altstadt, oder zur Statue des Sängers von „volare“ über die Brücke auf der Piazza rechts am Meer. M.E.

toller Urlaub auf der Dachterrasse

für 3 Personen viel Platz auf 2 Ebenen. 2 getrennte Schlafräume ohne Fenster, aber problemloses Lüften über die Tür zum Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Super, dass man von der Küche direkt auf die Dachterrasse kommt. Wir haben fast die ganze (wache) Zeit, die wir in der Wohnung waren, auf dem Dach verbracht. Das Bad könnte größer sein - aber so ist es üblich in der Altstadt. Vielen Dank - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Idéalement situé au bord du centre historique de Polignano a mare et de sa crique. Belle ambiance de jour comme de soirée. Quartier très calme. Malgré tout un peu compliqué pour garer la voiture et beaucoup de marches pour accéder aux différentes pièces du logement. Merci Katia pour ton accueil et ta patience face à notre difficulté de compréhension de l' anglais ( les français sont mauvais en langue étrangère, c'est bien connu)

We stayed 1 week in Katias apartment in Polignano a Mare. We had a great time. The location of the apartment was great. Evening walks in the old city was nice. It was difficult to find a free parking spot close to the apartment, but only 5 minutes of walking away it was easier. The terrace of the apartment was magnificent. We had many dinners there. The kitchen on to top floor gets really hot, but down in the apartment with air condition the temperature was good. We were very satisfied with our stay! Grazie mille!

Erg mooi appartement op een geweldige locatie, echt een aanrader

De eigenaresse is erg spontaan en verwelkomt iedereen vol enthousiasme. Leuke verdiepingen. Beneden de slaapkamers met woonkamer en helemaal boven de keuken met dakterras. De matrassen van de ene kamer waren erg goed alleen de rechter kamer direct bij de trap naar beneden waren echt stukke minder. Verder is de douche heel klein oftewel de hele badkamer. Maar eigenlijk maakte ons dat niets uit. Want voor de rest had je alles, vaatwasmachine, wasmachine, grote koelkast met apart vriesgedeelte. Airco beneden in de woonkamer zodat je prima kan slapen.

Pěkné bydlení s úžasnou terasou hned za branami historického centra a 5 minut chůze na pláž. Maličká koupelna, ale se vším všudy. Občas jsme postrádali nějaký druh kuchyňského náčiní, ale to jsou malé věci a ostatně, poradili jsme si. Dům čistý, ulice klidná. Majitelka byla milá a trpělivá (přijeli jsme pozdě v noci s velkým zpožděním), více už jsme se nepotkali. Polignano samotné je krásné město s příjemnou atmosférou. Městská pláž možná trochu nepohodlná, ale překrásná. Vřele doporučujeme - město i místo.

Ein Domizil mitten in der Stadt, sehr günstig auch ohne Auto und Versorgung direkt um die Ecken.

Wir waren saisonal sehr früh in Poliagnano a Mare, vom 1.05. bis 8.05. und in der Stadt konnten wir uns gut versorgen und auch die Restaurants hatten meist schon geöffnet. Wir hatten uns ein Auto gemietet und waren froh darüber, dass es ein Kleinwagen war. Andere größere Autos kann man dort in den Gassen der Altstadt nicht parken. Es war immer schwierig, noch einen Platz zu bekommen, es war meistens alles zugeparkt. Nach Bari ging es mit dem Zug ideal, weil es nicht weit war zum Bahnhof. Preiswertere Tickets als in Deutschland. Polignano ist wirklich sehenswert und ein guter Ort, in die Umgebung zu fahren. Trullis und viele historische Städte und Stetten sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war gepflegt und alles war ordentlich. Die Küchenausstattung war gut und auch die sonstige Ausstattung in Ordnung. Gewöhungsbedürftig waren für uns die 2 steilen Stein-Treppen im Haus von Etage zu Etage, denn die Räume liegen übereinander. Nach 3 Tagen waren wir trainiert und genossen das morgentliche Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Katja als Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns Tips gegeben und ihr Vater hat uns mit frischen Erbsen vom Feld in einer großen Tüte begrüßt. Das Eis ist in Polignano a Mare hervorragend, nachträglich betrachtet, war es das beste Eis unserer Rundtour durch Apulien. Die Wohnung ist für junge Leute und auch ältere Leute, wie wir geeignet, wenn sie noch gut Treppen steigen können. Als guten Rat möchten wir davor warnen, falsch zu parken mit dem Auto, denn das war sehr teuer in Polignano a Mare. Dafür sollte man notfalls auch längere Wege in Kauf nehmen. So dicht am Zentrum ist das immer ein Risiko falsch zu parken, denn dort wird ständig kontrolliert und auch alles zugeparkt, was nur geht.
