This is a perfect location with access to everything. Little market at corner was our daily stop! Everything you need is just walking distance away and yet Bolt/Uber took us all over the area. Bus system is super! Love this apt and everything was perfect for us. Thank you Teresa!

Fantastic Patio!

We had a great stay - the apartment was clean and spacious. The hosts were very responsive when we had to communicate with them. I am still not familiar enough with Lisbon to know if there is a better location but it felt like it was central enough. It was about a 20 minute walk to the river where we spent most of our time.

Special birthday trip

The apartment was an ideal base for our visit to Lisbon. Immaculately clean and well appointed, just as described, and having the outside space on the terrace was perfect. Its on the 2nd floor with no lift so would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues, as could the hills and cobbled pavements throughout Lisbon. Check in was easy and communication with the host, Teresa, was excellent.

Enjoyed our stay

The apartment was spacious, clean, and contained everything that we needed for our 4 night stay. Teresa was very helpful in arranging transportation both to and from the airport. We tried one of her recommendations for dinner and it was great. We particularly enjoyed spending our evenings on the terrace after busy days exploring Lisbon and the surrounding area. The only negative was the stairs which presented a challenge to the 4 of us who ranged in age from 72-81, but we managed. I highly recommend this apartment

Great home base in Lisbon

Two-level apartment in a residential area of Lisbon. We loved the outdoor patio and the fact that the area was more quiet at night vs in town. I would definitely recommend getting the extra towel package if you plan to stay for a week as there is one towel per person. Only minor glitch we had was the listing stated air conditioning, but there is only air conditioning in the one upstairs bedroom. It got a bit warm for our teens downstairs, but we are used to having air conditioning always.

Lovely apartment

The apartment is beautifully furnished and is a great space for a group especially due to the large balcony area. It was slightly further out from the main tourist areas than we expected but Ubers are plentiful and inexpensive. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential with a handy mini mercado on the corner, 1 minute away from the apartment. I was under the impression that the whole apartment was air conditioned which may have been my misunderstanding but there was only air con in 1 bedroom and a portable unit in the sitting room. There were fans in the other bedrooms but this did mean it was fairly warm at night as we visit in July. That said, it is a lovely, clean, modern apartment and is furnished to a high standard.

We are thinking of doing the work of air conditioning installation in all rooms and living room in the coming winter when there are fewer requests for reservations, however the apartment is very spacious and airy with windows in all rooms and living room and in addition we put fans to compensate We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay, we hope that one day you will visit us again Regards Teresa

Needs to be looked after

The space is lovely but needs money spent on it. I would say it's not been looked after. The kitchen tap spurts water whenever you use it. The freezer part of the fridge doesn't shut so condensation is continually running down. The freezer is therefore all frosted up the drawers are almost impossible to get out. This has obviously been going on for a long time as the cupboard below is now rotten and the chipboard is just falling apart. Given the price I would expect better.
