Este apartamento espacioso y tranquilo (140 m2) en un edificio del siglo XIX es una hermosa mezcla de encanto tradicional con el estilo contemporáneo. Ubicado en el barrio de Avendida, tres minutos de la emblemática avenida da Liberdade, una avenida arbolada conocida por sus tiendas de lujo, restaurantes y Distrito de los teatros, se considera el verdadero corazón de la ciudad. A cinco minutos a pie del Marques de Pombal y la estación de metro que ofrecen un fácil acceso al aeropuerto y estaciones de tren y a 15 minutos a pie del centro histórico. Este apartamento tiene una exposición occidental y está inundado de luz natural. Se encuentra en un tercer piso sin ascensor.

My best friend and I had a wonderful stay @ Casa Pimenta during our 50th birthday celebration trip to Portugal! Sofia was an amazing host, warmly welcomed us when we checked-in and made us feel @ home immediately. She had fresh flowers in every room, breakfast and fruit/snacks items for us, recommendations for must see/do activities and even helped us arrange transportation from the airport which was so appreciated after a red-eye flight from the U.S. We loved being able to venture around every day and then come back to such a cozy and comfortable home to rest up for the next day. Highly recommend Casa Pimenta & so appreciative to Sofia for making such an epic trip even more special for us!! We’ll definitely be back!!

Sophia went above and beyond in assuring that we had a fabulous trip. First, she answered numerous questions prior to our arrival and helped us arrange for transportation and guides in both Porto and Lisbon. The apartment is absolutely beautiful with fresh flowers in every room and a fridge filled with wine, cheese, fresh fruit, juice, bread and milk--we were beyond impressed with her accommodations and with her attention to detail. We had a wonderful trip with our adult children, who also loved every bit of our stay.

The apartment is lovely, the area interesting and convenient and the host is the best. Sofia started helping us immediately after the booking was confirmed by recommending transfer options. She assisted in resolving a communication issue after we landed. She welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment, left breakfast food and always responded immediately. This was a great experience.

Fabulous in every way! Very clean, comfortable and convenient. Sofia and Lara could not have been kinder. The location was perfect, as away from the crowds but near every convenience. A marvellous rent.

We had a memorable stay in Lisbon and this home was definitely part of our immersion into the city. Sofia was very friendly and graciously put up with our last minute plans. The apartment was spectacular, with a lot of details that made us feel like home. Even though we were in the middle of the city, it felt peaceful and welcoming. We would definitely book again if we return to Lisbon.

The apartment is beautiful and larger than expected. Sofia was wonderful. The only thing that people need to be aware is the flight of stairs with luggage. It’s on the 3rd level with no elevator so getting heavy luggage up and down is difficult.

We received a personal, warm welcome from Sofia upon arrival and were provided with instructions and information about this beautiful property! Many unexpected personal touches which included fresh yogurt and fruit parfaits, granola, eggs, two loaves of bread, milk and butter (just to name a few!) How nice that we were able to start our days in Lisbon with such perfect selections provided by Sofia! One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this apartment was for us. Three couples and we had lots of room to spread out and be comfortable. The apartment had beautiful artwork and touches that made it feel so fresh and homey. And our host Sofia was just a gem making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy walking neighborhood. The apartment is a three story walk up. Air conditioning was appreciated during our hot summer stay.

Sofia’s place is fantastic! More beautiful than the pictures. We felt so comfortable in her home. It is conveniently located. We easily got to everywhere we wanted to go with car rides. We loved being in a more quiet neighborhood than in the tourist areas. There is a coffee cafe across the street that is great. Many restaurants in the area. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in Lisbon

We were 3 friends traveling together and this apartment was the perfect base for our stay in Lisbon. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the welcome basket left by Sofia was a treat! So many places now provide the bare minimum but not this one. The only small issue was the lack of AC in the bedrooms as we were there in the midst of a heatwave. The fans worked well though and we found it manageable. The absolute best thing about this place though was Sofia. She was the best property manager ever; she was responsive and helpful and just the loveliest person to deal with. I would recommend this property!

What a fantastic stay in Lisbon. The host greeted us when we showed up and surprised us with fresh cut flowers, yogurt cups, oats, eggs, etc! Which certainly was a nice surprised from a long travel we had that day. The host went over everything we needed to know about the house and helped us feel right at home. The location was ideal for us as it was very close to the grocery store and to the attractions we had planned for our stay. I wouldn't pass this one up if you see an opening for a stay.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment.

Our family truly enjoyed staying for 6 nights in this beautiful apartment. The little artistic details like pictures and artefacts made the place like being at home. We loved the balcony, and wooden shutters that kept the heat out. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bedrooms spacious and beautiful. The location near the metro and walking distance from the park, restaurants and cafes was just perfect. Thank you Sofia. You were an excellent host.

Best hostess and lovely home

Sofia is the most wonderful hostess I’ve met. She is so caring, friendly and informative. She welcomes you as family and is available for any questions. The apartment has everything you need and is decorated beautifully. There’s also plenty of space and plenty of thoughtful touches. When I come back to Lisbon, I’ll definitely be booking here again.

Even better than expected ... and it looked amazing

Such a lovely spot. The reviews and pictures online were good, but ever the skeptic, I thought they might be overselling it. They. Were. Not. There was plenty of room for everyone and it really was like we had moved in forever. Sofia was a great host and talked us through life in Lisbon for our week. Thanks so much.

Beautiful stay

Want to feel like you are really living in Lisbon, right near a great supermarket, a few minutes from a central subway station, surrounded by lovingly curated works of art, cooking in a kitchen with plenty of pans and utensils, sleeping in comfy beds, and waking up to plenteous light in the beautiful dining and living room space? Then rent this apartment immediately. Delightfully quirky here and there but overall a real home. Sofia was a dream host, arranging transportation and answering every one of our questions quickly and helpfully.

Nous avons séjourné cinq semaines dans l’appartement très bien décoré, avec de beaux volumes et très agréable à vivre. Nous avions l’impression de se sentir comme chez soi.L’accueil de Sofia était chaleureux et elle était disponible pour répondre à nos attentes.Je recommande l’appartement car il est très bien localisé, calme,bien équipé et extrêmement propre. A gem in the city

A beautiful apartment centrally located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores. Felt comfortable in the uniquely decorated apt right away- even fresh bouquets of flowers. Public transit super easy and efficient. My family had the best welcome from Sofia- our host. She absolutely went above and beyond helping us arrange transport from airport, parking for our car, and left us goodies from her own garden! We all were blown away by her hospitality and kindness.

Great apartment in great city. Great Hostess (Sofia) who is quick to respond to any question/request and welcomes you as if you are family. The apartment is spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet for being in down town Lisbon. Will book again in the future.

Space away from the intense tourist area but still livel.

Good location between public galleries and restaurants off the beaten track. Portuguese restaurant Chuchu was a great find nearby. Plus the convenience of the well stocked supermarket at the end of the street. Small drawback was three flights of stairs but put us in good training for the hills of Lisbon .
