This holiday accommodation is located in the complex "Vista Golf", in Salobre Golf Resort, a private and unique complex in the south of Gran Canaria, only 10 minutes by car from the tourist area of Maspalomas and Meloneras.

This private villa has 2 double bedrooms: the main bedroom, on the ground floor, has a double bed and a complete bathroom with shower, as well as direct access to the garden and swimming pool; the second bedroom, on the upper floor, has two single beds with another bathroom en suite with shower and direct access to the upper solarium with sunbeds.

The interior of the Vista Golf 30 villa is bright, functional and spacious. It consists of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you may need for a pleasant stay: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave...

Outside this charming holiday home, there is an outdoor dining area and a seating area right next to the private swimming pool, which can be heated (surcharge), comfortable sunloungers for sunbathing, a built in barbecue and beautiful views over the golf course.

Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
Late check in available and on request.
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 500e€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
