My renovated apartment will bring you homey feeling during your stay in Vienna. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 sleeping couch in the common area.

The apartment is in the quiet street in Vienna. On the main street Praterstraße, you can find lots of different restaurants and cafes. It's also 10 mins walk to the Wien river. You can walk along the river and enjoy the relax vibe in the city or go visit my favourite Balthasar coffee bar.

It is suitable for a family or a small group of friends who want to start their cool adventure time in Vienna.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.

Communication non-existent

I would book this property with caution. We attempted to contact this owner several times to cancel as soon as our plans to visit Vienna were cancelled due to the terrorist threat. There was no response from the owner, only an auto generated message that never acknowledged our request. For our own safety we never visited Vienna and never received a refund for the property. Very poor customer service. We also contacted VRBO which referred us to contact the owner. I would give this zero stars for their communication.

not enough bedding/bedclothes for the four guests

after we realized that there were only bedding/bedclothes for three persons, we tried to get in touch with "Ariel" but there came no answer - not in english and not in german also with the toilet seat which has been loose - and that all for an quite big prize......thanks we can not recommend Greetings Andreas von Boetticher

Family holiday at Vrbo

The building looked to be in the middle of renovation, but the apartment itself was great and generally clean and tidy - though very dusty under the beds. The hosts were very quick to respond with any enquiry we had. The location was good as although it wasn't super central it was between the city centre and the large Prater theme park and so it was a short journey to either. Thank you for hosting us, we had a great holiday!

Die Wohnung entsprach dem, wie sie im Internet angeboten wurde. Alles sauber! Sehr empfehlenswert, gute Lage der Wohnung zwischen Prater und Innenstadt!
