Rustic 1-bedroom ground floor flat for up to 3 people. This flat is furnished in rustic Tyrolean style. The property consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom equipped with shower, washbasin, toilet and a living room with kitchenette and single wall bed. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, hob, coffee machine, fridge, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.
Pets not allowed.
Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:

- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure

Characteristic Tyrolean-style mountain house, located a 10-minute walk from the centre of Ortisei. This pretty house has two flats furnished in rustic Tyrolean style and a large garden for shared use. In winter, the location is ideal, as the ski bus (in addition to the regular buses) stops 50 metres from the house and takes you free of charge (using the free tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski ski lifts, such as the Seceda and Rasciesa cableways. Buses run at a variable frequency of one every 10-20 minutes. In summer, however, the proximity of the bus stop and the centre (10 minutes' walk - approx. 600 metres), with the Luis Trenker promenade and the lifts, is particularly advantageous. In summer you can enjoy the sun and the wonderful view of the Dolomites from the pretty garden. You will find a bakery just over 50 metres from the house, where you can also buy a range of other foodstuffs. The fruit shop is 150 metres from the house, and you will find everything else in the centre of Ortisei. Apartment Karl also offers outdoor parking, Wi-Fi, bike and ski grid and free linen and towels. Original and genuine holidays in the Dolomites!

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
