The host Donatella was kind, helpful, and communicative! She helped us with our entire stay and provided so many recommendations and resources for us. Very wonderful stay! House was completely clean and well prepared. Beautiful stay!

This place in Ortisei was absolutely amazing! Donatella and Lukas were very helpful right from the start including Hiking and restaurant recommendations and even an early morning bakery delivery!! The 10 minute walk to town is quick going down the hill from the house….We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would absolutely return!!! Thanks again to our hosts. We so appreciate everything!!

Truly a beautiful place. My husband and I went away with my sister and her husband and for two couples this property is a perfect size. The location could not be better. Everything was clean and in great order. Donatella and Lukas are phenomenal hosts!

Overall, this property was excellent and Donatella was a great hostess. The view is amazing and onsite parking is a great convenience. Our only criticism would be the lack of dish towels for cleaning up and the slow wifi.

The owners were extremely helpful and gave us lots of good suggestions for getting around the area.We were able to order fresh baked buns that were delivered right to our door each morning! Very clean and comfortable. Getting back and forth to the town on foot involved a steep climb. However there was a bus available as an option with the stop near the front door. The bus is free.

Our stay at L'Palancin in Ortisei was absolutely unforgettable. The chalet is beautiful, with breathtaking views of Ortisei, the cable cars, and Sassolungo. Every morning, we enjoyed coffee on the terrace taking in the scenery, and every evening ended with a glass of wine and a spectacular sunset.Donatella and Lukas were exceptional hosts, providing great local tips and even arranging fresh bread delivery to our door in the morning. The chalet was spotless, fully equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is a pleasant walking path to both the town center and the cable car station, making it easy to explore the area.We truly loved everything about this place and are already looking forward to coming back. Without a doubt, one of the best stays we've ever had.

We had a fantastic holiday in Ortisei. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We cooked in the apartment several evenings and the kitchen was well equipped and comfortable. A real bonus is the fresh bread that is delivered in time for breakfast. We have stayed here before and we hope to come back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Lukas and Donatella’s chalet. The chalet was roomy, clean and comfortable for the four of us skiers. A great location… Seceda lift a short walk away. Town is a 10 minute walk using the Seceda walkway and escalators. Local bus stop right in front of the chalet for when carrying skis or baggage. Our hosts were very friendly, and we would love to stay again in the future. .

We were a group of two couples staying here to ski the Dolomites. It was perfect. Donatella was an excellent communicator before we even checked in. The check in process was smooth and she explained everything about the bus system and how to get to the ski lifts smoothly. The bus comes right past the house so you don't have to walk to the lifts at all. The place was very clean, plenty of storage for our ski gear. A car is not necessary at all to stay at this location. She also had great recommendations for places to eat in the area. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Lovely apartment in Ortisei

Donnatella and Luka were great hosts we had a fantastic holiday in their lovely apartment. Perfect for our ski holiday with 2 grown up children.

Our stay was excellent. The owner/host went out of their way to assure that our stay was the best. We selected this area for hiking, and with Lukas being a guide in the area, he pointed is to several incredible hiking trails. The photo of the village is from our deck, and the other two were taken while hiking the trails that were recommended. If you love to hike, this is a great place with excellent host that love to point you in the right direction.

Great and friendly place

It is a proper sized apartment in the same building as the kind friendly owners. Ski bus stops next door, but also doable to walk to the center or the ski lift. Ortisei is a great village!

Great Vacation

We had a great stay in Ortisei. Lukas and Donatella were very nice and helpful hosts. They answered all of my questions while I was there. The chalet is very peaceful and has a nice view of the town. I will definitely come back and try to stay at this chalet again.

Wonderful cabin for skiing in the regions

Our family of 4 had a great time at this property when we went skiing on the Sella Ronda. The house was very clean with modern bathrooms and an amazing view over Ortisei. The owners were very nice and made it easy to check in when we arrived late at night. We highly recommend it.

Great Location. Lovely Hosts.

Easy access for all the cable cars and funicular made this a great spot for varied walks. Lukas and Donatella couldn’t have been more helpful. We loved the spring flowers and mountain scenery, and then chilling out on the balcony in the late afternoon. Fresh bread for breakfast each day and apartment well equipped and spacious. Highly recommended!
