House 3 bedrooms with 3 floors, decorated in bright and cheerful tones, in sunny and very quiet area. On the entrance floor, a large suite with double bed and canapé with the possibility of using as a bed for small child, a private bathroom with Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. South balcony with hammock. Still on the same floor, a bedroom with double bed and a twin bedroom with 2 beds and a shared bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the intermediate floor, in open space, there is a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a balcony. A room with laundry/storage room, clothes treatment room, a guest WC and access to a small storage room.
On the lower floor, a barbecue and fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with sofa, cable TV, a social toilet and access to the outside.
Outdoor area with garden, dining table, shower, swimming pool, sun loungers, swing and beanbags, with an incredible view of the sea and the fantastic sunset at the right time.
This property is set up to accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

AREA
Property located west of the island (the area with the highest sun exposure of Madeira), in the parish of Tabua, municipality of Ribeira Brava, in an area that borders the municipality of Ponta do Sol. Very quiet and sunny area, just a few minutes from the well known Levada Nova, a footpath where you can enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the west coast of Madeira Island.
There are other points of interest to explore during your stay at Villa Candelária; the Miradouro do Espigão (Ribeira Brava), MUDAS - Madeira Contemporary Art Museum (Calheta), Ponta do Sol beach, Madeira Ethnographic Museum (Ribeira Brava), Ribeira Brava’s Market and much more.
Funchal is about a 20-minute drive from this villa.
Also, in the centre of Funchal there are several tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, radical activities, nature activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.

The best option to get to the property is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
