Nueva casa (octubre de 2017) de 200 m2 totalmente equipada, que incluye:
- 4 habitaciones con baños, incluidas 3 suites:
=> Suite No. 1 (primer piso) que incluye 1 cama doble grande (160 * 200) + 2 vestidores + 1 baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo con impresionantes vistas de la montaña y el mar desde la ducha, WC . Esta habitación tiene acceso a la terraza doble con vistas al mar y a la montaña.
=> Suite No. 2 (primer piso) que incluye 1 cama doble grande (160 * 200) + 1 vestidor + 1 baño privado con bañera, WC.
Esta habitación tiene acceso a la terraza con vistas al mar. Esta habitación tiene una cama supletoria para una persona.
=> Suite No. 3 (primer piso) que incluye 1 cama doble grande (160 * 200) + 1 vestidor + baño privado con cabina de ducha, WC.
Esta habitación tiene una terraza privada de 15 m2 con una vista impresionante del mar, la montaña, la piscina de abajo.
=> Dormitorio 4 (planta baja) que incluye 1 cama doble (140 * 200) + 1 vestidor. El cuarto baño con inodoro se encuentra junto a la habitación.

- El estacionamiento puede contener hasta 5 autos. Portón eléctrico, con sistema de video para apertura desde la casa.

La piscina está climatizada durante todo el año, sin ningún suplemento, mide 8 metros * 4 metros, profundidad de 1 metro a 1,70 metros.
NOTA IMPORTANTE calefacción de la piscina: la piscina se calienta con paneles solares. Garantizamos agua a 21 ° si la luz del sol es suficiente. En invierno (período de octubre a febrero, dependiendo de las semanas, el sol puede no permitir que se alcance esta temperatura)

The kitchen was stocked better than all other vacation rental houses we have ever stayed in. The hosts were very helpful and courteous. They greeted us when we arrived from the airport and had wine waiting for us. They take hospitality very seriously. Views from the property of the island and the ocean are spectacular. The property is situated so you see beautiful sunsets over the water every night. The place was very clean. It is well stocked with games and plenty of information about activities and adventures and attractions that the island offers. The place is spacious with more than enough room for our party of seven adults. This was the nicest vacation rental property in which we have ever stayed.

Amazing hosts, villa and location - absolutely perfect!

The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures; equipped with everything that you would find in your own kitchen, too. The views were stunning as well. What made this an even more outstanding experience was the hosts who were extremely helpful and responsive; it felt like family was looking after us. Definitely recoomend it!!

You can’t stay at a better property than this. It was absolutely amazing. We loved it so much! My whole family stayed there. It was super clean, easy check-in, incredible views, and in a great location. We will definitely be coming back.

Breathtaking

Family trip to Madeira. The location and quality of the accommodations can’t be beat. Everything you need is there, just bring some food and wine. Communication was flawless. Would definitely book again if we ever make it back to Madeira.

Excellent accomodations

The accomodations were exceptional, a first class experience for all of our group. The hosts were very easy to reach if needed, and were quick to respond to any of our questions. Everything provided within the house was very modern and of exceptional quality, including the bedding, furniture, etc., etc. We would highly recommend this place if extravagance is what you are lookin for.

Incredible Property and Owners!

Pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s truly amazing! The house is spacious, clean and modern, but the best part is the view - breathtaking! And you get that ocean and mountain view from each room; incredible way to wake up every morning. As for the owners, you can’t have better hosts than Ricardo and Zohra. They go above and beyond to help make your stay that much better. They honestly treat you like family. Would not hesitate to rent this house again! It’s a unique gem!

Amazing Villa with incredible views!

Highly recommend this villa! Had a wonderful stay and the views are truly incredible. The villa is a short drive/taxi ride away from the town center, and centrally located to Madeira’s main tourist attractions. Zohra and Ricardo were fantastic hosts, very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

OUTSTANDING property! Stunning uninterrupted views of the sea & mountains from every room. Nowhere better to relax than on the terrace with a glass of wine with friends & take in the fabulous views. The villa was so well equipped with everything you could want to an impeccably high standard. Extremely spacious, there were 4 of us but it would still be ideal with 8. Loads of room in the living/dining room as well as the upstairs terrace and pool terrace to lounge around.Our lovely hosts Ricardo & Zhora were fabulous. Ricardo met us on arrival at the villa (despite arriving at night on a Sat) and drove us to the supermarket to stock up pointing out all the sights on route.. We BBQ’d a couple of nights and Ricardo provided us extra wood at a moments notice. Nothing was too much trouble….We had the most fabulous stay. The Villa is in the perfect area of Madeira to explore…. We drove round most of the island (& a day in Porto Santa… well recommended) & concluded there was no better place to be.We will definitely be back. If you want a dream holiday ….. come & stay here.

Heaven and Beyond

This is, by far, the most incredible stay we have ever experienced in a rental property! The house is beautiful, immaculate, well equipped, and comfortable, and offers breathtaking views from every window and balcony! The hosts made us feel like friends and took the time to help us settle in and find our way around the community. The location was central for travel to all parts of the island, and the nearby village of Ribeira Brava is vibrant and charming. Words and photos truly cannot do this home justice, nor can they capture the hospitality and generous spirits of our wonderful hosts. Thank you for a vacation of a lifetime!

Great first family holiday

Villa Cabouco was a great base for our extended family holiday. We had space for myself and my partner, our two little boys (0 + 3), my mother and sister as well as my parents in law. The kitchen was a great space for evening dining and the pool was lovely after a day out in the hills. Beware the approach road on first visit, however that's well flagged by Riccardo and Zohra on arrival. Would very happily return again!

Family celebration

This house was perfect for the celebratory gathering of our family. The setting is gorgeous; there is plenty of space for everyone and it is well appointed with everything one could wish for, for a relaxing, fun and enjoyable stay. Wow - what a gem on such a magical island

This house exceeded all expectations. The accommodations were spectacular. The views from this house were amazing. The hosts were exceptional. Ricardo showed our party the town of R Brava and made the best recommendation for restaurants, bakeries, markets, and more. The wood fire grill was also a great way to cook a few meals. This was simply a super place to reside for our week long journey in Madeira. We didn’t want to leave!
