This modern apartment is located at the foot of the Flemish Ardennes, in the beautiful town of Zottegem. The apartment is located on the first floor and has an industrial design. Ideal for families.

Zottegem is ""the Gateway to the Flemish Ardennes"" and offers both nature lovers and active recreationists a range of possibilities. Zottegem is a vibrant town with a cozy center where there is always something to do. Pay a visit to the archaeological museum there or visit nearby Oudenaarde, Kluisbergen and the Burgundian Ghent. The surroundings are perfect for wonderful walking and cycling trips (bicycle storage available upon request).

The spacious living / dining room seats 14 people and the sleek white kitchen invites you to cook together or have breakfast. In the annex you can play a game of table tennis and afterwards enjoy a drink at the bar. The bathrooms are modern and there are playgrounds for the children.

Please keep the silence and peace after 22:00 and be considerate of the surroundings during the day.
Due to the peaceful nature of this property, it is not rented to groups of young people who wish to party.
It is prohibited to have more people present than stated on the stay ticket.
Parking can be reserved for a fee.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Het is een heel net huis, mooi sanitair, grote keuken. 3 slaapkamers zijn prima van fornaat,4 waren erg klein. De woonkamer ligt aan de andere kant van het huis, niet handig als je wat te drinken wilt halen. De tuin is prima, jammer dat die niet prive is, die deel je met de bovenburen

Durch die Zahlung von € 350 Extra, konnten wir noch den ganzen Tag bleiben. Wir verpassten auch einen Blick , wie das Haus zwischen anderen Häusern entfernt. Es gab kaum Privatsphäre außerhalb , weil es Terrasse had mit Mietern anderer Wohnungen auf der Domain geteilt werden.

Leicht zu Fuß nach Zottegem und 20 km nach Oudenaarde zum Start des Sportive. Geert war sehr hilfreich bei der Angabe von Telefonnummern für lokale Taxis und der Wegbeschreibung. Es gibt einen Supermarkt ein paar hundert Meter weiter die Straße hinunter, was praktisch ist. Wir hatten einige Probleme mit dem Wasser, das nicht aus Waschbecken / Duschen abfloss, aber Geert war hilfreich bei dem Versuch, das Problem zu beheben Rennen, aber nicht mitten in Oudenaarde.
