Why EntreRealty,LLC chose Greenville

Greenville was once a textile mill town where there were over 15 textile mills located in the heart of the city. This house is located in the Brandon Mill neighborhood. Brandon Mill has become one of Greenville's hallmark revitalization projects due to over 20 million dollars being invested into Brandon Mill in order to return it to its original grandeur. The Art District is what this area is now being called due to the many art studios now located on Pendleton Street. There is also a revitalization of buildings on Pendleton Street which now contains beautiful murals on the exterior walls. Although there is still a lot of word to be done in this area, the Art District is one of the fastest growing areas that Greenville has to offer!

Guestbook comments from the manager

I was in a bind and needed housing immediately. Conoly not only went out of her way to make the property available for me earlier than expected, it was pristine when I arrived. The house has everything you need to enjoy a stay in Greenville. It is centrally located in the Art district which is a very up and coming part of town. There is still a lot of work to be done on this side of town, but it didn't hinder my stay in any way. What sets Conoly a part from others is her ability to make sure I am taken care of as her guest. I will be back!

Better than expected, would not want to stay anywhere else

  • 5 of 5

Let me first start with saying that from moment I booked this property, my experience with Conoly was first class. She is wonderful with communicating all the details of the property and she walks you through how you will have access to the property and all the neat things located in the surrounding area. Anyone who rates this property less than 5 stars doesn't know what they are talking about.

This property is an up and coming area, and I feel that it is wonderfully priced for being so close to the "Village." The Village is where there are awesome restaurants like Golden Brown and Delicious, The Anchorage, and the new music venue hosted by Tipsy Taco as well as beautiful art galleries on Pendelton street. If you are looking for a fabulous Coffee Shop, the Village grind is quaint and the drinks are delicious.

Let's talk about how great this property is for a minute: The antiques in the house are straight from Europe and like nothing else you will find in the states especially a rental home, where most owners furnish with low quality pieces from IKEA. The pieces include a beautiful oak buffet with hand cut glass, original Singer sewing machines in their original tables, a "Bread basket" where German women would use the top of the table to knead the dough and then place the dough in the "Basket" underneath, along with several Persian rugs that are beautiful and handmade. There is even an antique hand truck in the bathroom. I love antiques and I have never seen one in such good condition as this. You won't find these at the Hilton or Hyatt! The sheets were super soft and Conoly is generous enough to provide more towels than anyone could possibly need. I forgot my toiletries at home and was going to go to the store but after arriving, but once I arrived I realized that Conoly was generous enough to provide just about anything I needed; Toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, razors, and laundry detergent. Again, who does this? Conoly does!

Finally, the side porch was so nice to sit and relax at the end of the day. Conoly is generous to provide not only a grill, but briquettes and cookware for guests! There are handmade Adirondack chairs which gave us a great place to sit at the beginning or end of the day.

If you don't book with Conoly, you run the risk of not having a 5 star experience. I feel that I got an amazing value for my money and I was in a place of luxury and generosity while only a short distance from downtown.

the home was lovely. Unfortunately the AC was not working.

  • 1 of 5

The owner was very accommodating and did issue us a refund for our stay. It was an unfortunate event in that the AC was not working. The owner was unable to get the AC repairs done that first day and it was an extremely hot day, there was one room with a ceiling fan but the other room would have been intolerable with the heat. We opted to move to a hotel and receive a refund. However; we did not get a full refund. VRBO only refunded us a portion which we are still hoping to correct. (just after posting this we received a full refund for the stay). Thank you.

Owner's Response: Hey Linda! We are so sorry that this happened to you and your group. We did try to reach out to each of the 24 hour/Emergency Air conditioning companies and no one would come out until the next morning. We have never had a unit go out like this and we have since hired additional people to be available in evening hours for situations such as this. We would love to get the chance to be able to serve you and make this right with you. Please let us offer you a free stay in the future for your next visit to Greenville! As a note to our other future guests, we are dedicated to providing an excellent experience and have no problem refunding stays for dissatisfied customers especially when it was our error. Since we rarely have cancellations, we thought we refunded the entire amount when the reservation was cancelled that evening. We just learned today that somehow Linda did not receive her full refund and we immediately took care of it. We responded within an hour of getting notification that Linda had not received her full refund and made sure that she got every penny back.
