This home is located in a unique part of town which is currently experiencing a renaissance. This area was unquestionably the poorest area of Greenville for many decades. There is currently a revitalization process of all the area mills...I mean hundreds of millions of dollars being poured into historic mills and buildings. This house is located in Woodbridge mill. With that being said, some guests love this area (Including me.. I live here too!), but some people absolutely hate it. No judgment either way but please make sure you keep an open mind when you visit. It is very safe, but there is still a lot of work to be done!
