This property is fully equipped to enjoy a vacation near the sea. Both the beaches of Conil and the town are just a short drive away. It is also located in a very quiet area that will offer you all the much-needed rest during the holidays.
The house is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a double bed, a complete bathroom with a shower. A living room decorated in a modern style and a fully equipped American kitchen.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a double bed and two double bedrooms with two single beds. In addition there is also today a full bathroom with a shower. And a large terrace.
In the outdoor area you will enjoy a large covered porch with a table and chairs. A private and fenced pool for added security. Surrounded by grass and with loungers for sunbathing.
You can also enjoy the jacuzzi with waterfall to the pool. It has a game area with ping pong table. And a barbecue. Clients have private parking inside the property and the house is also completely fenced.
