No visitors allowed.

Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at the property.

Please do not vape or smoke anything inside the lodge, light any candles or use anything with an open flame, with the sole exception when lighting the log burning stove. There is a £50 cleaning charge for non-compliance.

Towels are included.

Please note there is a planned power cut on Wednesday the 2nd of July 2025 between the hours of 9am and 16:30pm. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note the electricity will be switched off on Tuesday the 2nd of December 2025 from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Northern PowerGrid are replacing the transformer that supplies power within the area

The Sneugle lodge was delightful.

The Sneugle lodge was delightful. We used the private sauna and hot tub every day and sat out on the terrace. We could see some of the other lodges but they are all set apart from each other with lots of privacy. The kitchen / lounge area was spacious and well equipped. The bed was a little soft for my husband but fine for me. The visitor book showed lots of locals using the lodge for a romantic anniversary as well as people like us using it as a base for exploring the area.

Beautiful lodge in tranquil area. All the comforts you need to hand. Great hot tub and sauna room. Wildlife on your doorstep. A lovely break away from the fast pace of life.

The lodge location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area.

The lodge location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. The lodge setting is idyllic, very peaceful with bird feeders across from the decking to watch many different little birds all day. The lodge itself is well equipped with everything you need, the hot tub and sauna are fab for relaxing after a day out. The only negative we had is that the flooring in the lodge is getting to the end of its life and could be doing with being replaced. It's split in a couple of places.Overall, we had a great relaxing
