Distributed over two floors, the ground floor comprises an enormous and airy lounge/dining area complete with comfortable sofas, modern furniture and a large dining table seating 10. Glass patio doors not only provide access to the garden and covered terrace, but also offer stunning views of the surrounding area and the pool. Off the dining area, there is a long corridor leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor: there is a double bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a further twin bedroom and a shower room. All of these rooms have doors leading out to a covered terrace with lovely country views. Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
