Perfect for a couple or small family, this one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with living room and full kitchen has a private terrace with waterproof electric sunshade for al fresco dining, and leads directly onto the garden and pool area. Beautiful vinyard views in a peaceful location, but with easy access to shops and the lovely villages and towns of this wonderful area of Piemonte. Pool 12m x 6m with isothermic cover for heat retention. Free good wifi both in the apartment and garden/pool area. Access to pretty shaded pergola seating area with lights and electric point.
Large parking, garden and pool areas shared with our other 2 apartments.

Very clean and well equipped apartment with a calm terrasse and access to a beautiful garden and a well maintained pool area. Hosts are really friendly. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it for exploring Piemonte

Schöner Aufenthalt im Piemont

Ein großzügiger Garten und ein toller Pool laden zur Erholung ein. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern hat gut funktioniert. Gute Ausgangslage um das Piemont kennen zu lernen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schön, sympathisch, sehr zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung ist perfekt von der Grösse für 2 Personen, die Klimaanlage bei heissen Temperaturen sehr angenehm, der Sitzplatz eine bequeme Oase mit Blick in den wunderschönen Garten. In diesem und dem gepflegten Pool sieht man die Liebe und Leidenschaft der Eigentümer. Die Eigentümer sind äusserst hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch. Die Dokumentation, die man erhält betreffend Sehenswürdigkeiten, umliegenden Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr ist unglaublich umfangreich. Also sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely part of Italy and this fabulous accommodation

We had never previously been to Piemont, but found this property on Vrbo and it was just what we were looking for - quiet location but not too far from town. The apartment was excellent, with all facilities we needed, including air conditioning and a lovely swimming pool and gardens. The owner communicated with us before during and after our stay. Would highly recommend.

Excellent séjour

Très beaux appartements, récemment rénovés et entièrement équipés. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à la Cascina del Noce. Nous avons pu laisser nos vélos dans un garage sécurisé. Très belle situation au calme et idéale pour découvrir cette merveilleuse région. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Nous y retournerons certainement.

A Great Stay in Castiglione Tinella

I was on the fence coming here only because it meant doing a crazy business trip through the Netherlands the following week. In the end it was well worth the extra effort and cost. Our hosts Ellie and Glyn are first rate hosts. You can see the love they've put into Cascina del Noce their property. I give them full marks for making this villa a great getaway to a part of Italy that in my view and experience is better than Tuscany which is overrun with tourists and overpriced. We stayed in the Canelli apartment which is more basic than their upstairs apartment which has the WOW factor but don't get me wrong the downstairs unit is still VERY comfortable and clean. I brought my road bike and was thrilled with the great riding that can be found in the area - Ellie and Glyn were only too happy to make room in their garage for our bikes. Another great discovery was all the wonderful wineries some have been around for 100 years. We spent a few hours at a winery literally down the street from our place where we sampled Barolo and Barbaresco wines. I wish I could have stayed longer but for me that's the sign of a great trip. Thank you Ellie and Glyn for creating a very special place in a gorgeous part of Italy.

Fantastic owners, lovely apartment and great stay

It's third time we went to Cascina del Noce and it's always fantastic. The apartment is super clear, the pool is great. The owners are really nice and friendly, we love them. So, we will also be back the coming years at Cascina del Noce!

Total excellance

The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Peaceful, relaxing and with plenty to do around you from small villages to towns like Asti that provide that city feel and buzz if you want it. The facilities were outstanding with every thing you could possibly want for self catering or even home comforts. The bedroom with it's air conditioning ensured a good nights sleep assisted by the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The lounge and kitchen area very comfortable and homely and extremely good quality satellite TV, DVD provision if needed. The grounds, stunning views, pool and surrounding countryside created a very relaxing environment. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were very welcoming and pleasurable to spend time with. There is plenty to do in the region and even with the extremely hot weather we were able to explore and visit some of the beautiful villages, towns and winery's then return and relax in and by the pool with a cool glass of wine or beer! The owners welcome pack, guide and recommendations on where to eat and visit sent to you before you arrive, is extremely comprehensive and means you can just arrive, relax and explore. We drove down from the UK and it can be done with one overnight stop and the journey was easy as AutoRoute almost all the way with stunning views through the Alps. of course you can fly to nearby airports and hire a car if you choose otherwise.

Lovely setting

We had a lovely 5 nights at Cascina del Noce. The garden and pools are fantastic -- we swam everyday. We enjoyed the walks in the neighborhood. It is very peaceful here and the church bells are off in the distance. The hosts provide a remarkable book of recommendations (restaurants, drives, towns, markets, wineries) and this information helped us to immediately connect to wonderful adventures in the region -- super helpful! Good kitchen set up. Our Canelli apartment was well equipped although lacking in charm. Air conditioning (bedroom only) works very well.

Great place with fantastic views

Well maintained and clean property. The Canelli apartment is great for two people, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a decent meal. There is a nice little outside space in conjunction with the apartment and a lovely shared pool. There is the best information pack ever in the apartment with everything you need to know from restaurants and wineries to supermarkets etc. Hopefully we'll be back soon!

Dejlig lejlighed i landlige omgivelser

Vi har aldrig haft en bedre udstyret ferielejlighed end denne. der mangler bare ikke noget. Den er smukt beliggende midt i vinmarkerne i fredelige omgivelser. Der er en dejlig pool få meter fra terrassen. I lejligheden findes oplysninger om alt hvad man kan være i tvivl om. vi vil meget gerne give vores bedste anbefalinger.

Fantastic Property!

The property is better than described and the pictures do not do it justice. My husband and I enjoyed the quiet, idyllic setting with beautiful views and the lovely pool. The apartment is modern, clean, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. It is a very well maintained property with a beautiful garden - it felt like a home not a rental property. The information binder provided by the owners was superbly organized with very useful information - it was our Piemonte bible and better than our guide book! We spent 5 weeks in Italy and Piemonte food and wine was the best. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Eleanor and Glynn who were kind and helpful. The communication with Eleanor was excellent throughout. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend Cascina del Noce!!

Absolutely beyond expectations !

''The first thing that struck me was that the photographs do not do this place justice. It is much brighter and colourful. The Canelli apartment is extremely roomy , and luxuriouosly kitted out, with a large bedroom, high spec kitchen area, comfortable lounge area and luxury shower room . The finishing and fittings are top spec throughout. Very peaceful and quiet and the large pool was warm enough even on the few overcast days. The views were beautiful form all directions. Will be recommending to friends."
