Newly Built and Independent Villas, with Great Sea and Mountain Views

Our brand new family owned holiday complex consists of 2 separate villas and a bungalow, set in 4 acres of an olive grove up on the hill at the outskirts of the picturesque and quiet village of Karavados, overlooking the island of Zakynthos and the well known Mount Ainos. 'Korallis Villas' have been issued with an EOT Licence (Greek National Tourist Organisation) and have been accredited with the following EOT Licence number: 0458K91000417501. ‘Korallis Villas’ is an ideal destination for extended groups of families or friends, as you can either relax within the spacious gardens enjoying the magnificent sea view, or swim at and explore a big selection of fantastic nearby sandy beaches. The villas have been designed according to the traditional Kefalonian architecture, yet, they provide you with all the modern amenities. They have been positioned in an effective way within our estate in order to provide functional autonomy, independent external access and privacy, everything necessary for a pleasant and peaceful stay. The Korallis family would love to welcome you and offer you a glimpse of the renowned Greek hospitality!

New and Quite Nice

Beautiful home with a lovely garden out front. All the rooms were very nice and quiet. Location was pretty good, with restaurants as close as 1.2km. The view from the upper deck was of the surrounding area, the mountains and a distant view of the sea. The owner pre-stocked the kitchen with local wine, homemade jam and water and had a basket of leaflets and business cards for local businesses, all of which was much appreciated. The facilities were fantastic with lots of upgraded features making it feel like home. We do wish the the A/C would have stayed on all day so that after arriving back after a full day in the heat, the building would be cooled down. Be sure to contact the owner ahead of booking, the vrbo location is incorrect and the exact location can be requested from the owner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, Thank you.

Beautiful!!!

We have just returned from a week in Kefalonia. We were two families of four people each (with children between 10 and 13 years old). We stayed in the "Dione" house with the two separate but internally connected apartments: the house was comfortable while also giving us the right amount of privacy. We loved the garden and the outdoor area which we used for breakfasts and dinners. We found everything we could need, well furnished, with a cleaning service every three days, perfect service for a harmonious holiday experience. The manager, Mrs Maria, is very kind and super helpful: he welcomed us with local products and gave us various indications for restaurants (all very good) beaches and more. We enjoy a lot our week!!

amazing time

A lovely property idealy placed for beaches and restaurants and shops . I had a great week ,but the great hospitalliaty from Maria and family was so great , a lovely place to stay and I would like to say thank you for making my stay so memorable . would definitely return .

NATURA E RELAX VICINO AL MARE

Abbiamo soggiornato nelle 2 settimane centrali di Agosto, nel bungalow da 4 posti letto, una casetta individuale molto accogliente e ben attrezzata . Una struttura nel complesso residenziale, molto tranquilla e a contatto con la natura. Ci ha accolto la gentilissima Signora Maria, che oltre ad indicarci le migliori spiagge, le taverne dell'isola, nonché eventi folkloristici del periodo, ci ha omaggiato dei suoi prodotti dell'orto, rendendo ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno.

komfortable Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

in dieser Ferienwohnunh findet man alles was man braucht, gut eingerichtet, mit Cleanup-service alle drei Tage, perfekter Service für ein stimmiges Urlaubserlebnis. Sehr nette Vermieterin, sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet mit zwei Bädern und gut ausgestatteter kleiner Küche. Einziges Manko: es gibt außer dem Tisch und Stühlen im Außenbereich keine Chill-Ecke und keine Gartenliegen oder ähliches.
