Villa Haris is a luxury villa, ideal for families or group of friends. It is very spacious, a three storey property, with four bedrooms, three on the main house and the fourth on the annexe,attached to the main house.Private swimming pool, wonderful gardens and terraces all around the house with amazing sea and mountain views.

Villa Haris belong to a complex of seven luxury villas ( Kyma & Eros Villas ) set amongst beautifully well kept gardens and a large lawn area that surrounds the swimming pool. These villas are suitable for families or for a group of friends. Villa Haris is a three storey property. At the upper floor is the master bedroom with it's own balcony and amazing sea view. At the basement, facing the swimming pool, is the kitchen with the dining room and the living room. At the lower ground floor, overlooking at a wonderful back yard with view of Mt Ainos and the surrounding villages, are the other two bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is separate, at the studio house attached to the main house ,and enjoys it's own patio area.

It is the ideal place for your wedding (we can organize for you the wedding of your dreams) or for your honeymoon. This villa can be rent together with the other 6 villas we have at our holiday complex of Kyma & Eros Villas.

Wonderful villa!

We had a fantastic stay in Iro’s villa - it was spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfy. Nothing was too much trouble for Iro and her friendly team of helpers. We would definitely visit again!

Best holiday ever

The property was out of this world .Just as in photos. Swimming pool was very large.you could walk to a few things near by but a hire car is recommended.

Fantastic stay

I would like to thank you so much for the wonderful time that we had at your beautiful villa. It really was perfect and in a stunning location. We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you to Iro and Irene for helping us from the beginning of our trip to the end. For helping us to arrange travel and transport during our stay as well, enabling us to see so much of the island. We can’t thank you enough and hope to return one day either to Villa Harris or another of your villas.

What a property on a stunning island

Iro and the whole experience couldn’t have been more pleasurable. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was cleaned twice a week and Irene and her team were amazing. You will not be disappointed should you choose to stay at this property. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The perfect stay

Had a lovely time staying at Villa Haris last week. My 7 family members and I all had lots of space and our own area so we didn’t feel cooped up at all. The grounds are beautiful and the perfect place to relax. We had some great BBQs, used the large kitchen area and were welcomed with a really helpful welcome pack. It is close to the airport so you can hear the planes overhead as they come into land but it doesn’t cause an annoyance and you soon get used to it. Would definitely book again, in fact I’m already thinking of booking for next year!

2024 stay

The property met all of our needs whilst we stayed there. It is well presented and was maintained regularly throughout the two weeks we were there. The staff in attendance were polite and with a good hold of English, so any issues, concerns or questions were easily dealt with. This included speaking with the property owner, Iro, prior to arrival. It is a well located property that has many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. I would highly recommend you staying here, you won't be disappointed.

Heerlijke vakantie

We kamen vroeg aan en konden pas om 3 uur het huisje in. Nadat we de eigenaar hadden verteld dat we aangekomen waren zou zij ons op de hoogte houden hoelaat we naar de villa toe konden. Om 2 uur kregen we bericht we konden al het huisje in. Bij het huisje aangekomen werden we met liefde ontvangen door een werknemer. Engels was goed! Als er iets was konden we erom vragen en werd het gelijk geregeld. Wij waren met ze 6e en hebben een top vakantie gehad. Zwembad werd geregeld nagekeken en schoongemaakt. Wij zullen zeker een keer terug komen. Wij kunnen het erg aanbevelen!

Outstanding

Beautiful home, great location & the host Iro is just fantastic, she went above and beyond to see that we had a wonderful stay. My father in law needed hospital treatment & Iro actually took him to be hospital in her car. We were overwhelmed by her kindness. The villa is very clean & comfortable and has spectacular views! We can’t wait to visit again!

Excellent facilities, beautiful gardens, wonderful pool, perfect holiday

We came for 2 weeks in July 2018 from the U.K. - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Villa was a great layout for forgetting we had teenagers. It’s perfect for 2 families - loads of space and privacy. Everything has been thought of to make the stay truly relaxing. You could manage with out a car but we had one so we could venture further afield. There are tavernas and beaches in walking distance of the villa. Kefalonia is a beautiful island and it’s very easy to drive to Assos and Fiskardo for the day from the villa. The villas was kept very clean with regular linens and towel changes. The pool was regularly cleaned. Iro was a great host and recommended some great places to visit. It was a fabulous holiday and we will be back. Thank you so much!

Greek Adventure

On arrival we found the villa and the pool to be very clean and the grounds tidy. Layout of the villa was perfect. The Housekeeping staff and the ground staff were all really friendly and helpful. When I locked us out of the annexe the owner Iro turned up in minutes. She was delightful. The table tennis table added additional fun to our stay. I would highly recommend the villa, it was a great base for everyone. A fantastic time had by all. Thank you Iro and all the staff.

favola!!

abbiamo soggiornato in 4 coppie la settimana dal 6 al 13 agosto presso la villa haris. casa assolutamente pulita, comoda, accogliente. disposizione delle camere ottima per la quotidianità e l'indipendenza. piscina e Giardino sempre puliti e con una manutenzione giornaliera. anche la proprietaria Iro disponibile e molto gentile. consigliata.

Lovely

The Villa was very nice, clean, tidy, nothing is too much trouble with the Staff. During and after the storms the staff were always around keeping the property safe for us all. The manager came to see us on a couple of occasions, in fact she gave us a lovely cake during the end of our holiday which was lovely, the boys really enjoyed it. We came to the same complex last year, this is why we have come back and will probably return if not next year then in 2018. We visited most of the restaurants in the area as they are close by within walking distance, they were all lovely and very reasonably priced. There was only 1 thing which we thought of a problem, the kettle needed descaling, it seemed to collect very quickly but we started to use bottled water which really helped.
