This vacation home is located in the attractive vacation area of Bratten, between Skagen and Frederikshavn, on a large and lovely natural plot with plenty of sunlight and lots of outdoor activities. The house is furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, a heat pump, and large windows that provide wonderful light. There are three good bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower.The TV has built-in Chromecast, so you can stream your own services. The cottage is located on a beautiful natural plot surrounded by trees, ensuring privacy. The living room opens onto a lovely south-facing terrace with a gas heater. There is also a covered terrace between the house and the shed, which also has an electric heater, so you have every opportunity to enjoy the Danish summer with sunbathing, playing on the grounds, and delicious barbecues. It is possible to spend the night in the shelter and cook at the campfire site. For the little ones, there is a play tower with a slide, swings, and a trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance). Lounge area with sleeping facilities. The owner provides 3 bicycles for adults (DanCenter does not guarantee their condition). Approx. 400 m to a large communal playground with in-ground trampolines, large swings, and a nice soccer field. The beach is approx. 400 m away and offers white sand, calm water, a bathing jetty with picnic facilities, and more. In the summer, there is a grocery store and ice cream shop approx. 400 m away by the beach.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
