360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offering this brand new apartment in the quaint village of Marsaskala. Upon entering our guests are welcomed by a large and spacious living area with SOFA and a fully equipped kitchen (for both short and long term rental).
The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms.
Just down the road, our guests will have access to the beautiful promenade with beautiful scenaries.

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| A dedicated room, with comfortable SOFA, large coffee table and a TV. Also included in this apartment is a dining area, fit for 4/5 guests to have a good meal !
Access to private balcony in the apartment with chairs.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boosts an oven and an electric hub. - The kitchen is equipped for both long and short term rentals !
Bedrooms| 2 Bedroom APT, with a king sized bed. 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds.
Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms 1 as an ensuite
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.
It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.
The apartment is situated in one of the nicest villages in Malta ! Marsaskala is a typical quaint Maltese village in the south.
This is a perfect location for guest who would like to live and be part of the local environment with many things at a walking distance.
The bus stop is situated in central Marsaskala making it very easy and cheap to travel around the island.
Also public parking is available around the area, subject to availability.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
EXTRA NOTES:
Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes). If not please note additional cleaning may be charged depending on what we will find.
The toilet system locally is very effective, however if anything other than toilet paper it could result in clogging the system. If this happens charges for repairs will be occurred.
