We offer our guests two apartments directly on the seafront of Marina di Campo, leave the house and have all the comforts at your fingertips. Not many words are needed to describe the main resort of the island: sea, sun, services and entertainment. More than a km long, with its golden sandy beach that slopes gently towards the sea, it is ideal for families with children; it offers both a free beach and a large stretch of equipped beach. To the east you will find the wildest part of the beach, equipped with games for children, and a beautiful pine forest will guarantee you shelter from the sun during the hottest hours. You are near the white beaches of the Costa del Sole, the wonderful Cavoli, Fetovaia and Seccheto.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 3920618594. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our offices in Campo or Portoferraio.

Located on the first floor, it has a large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, triple bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.

Important notes:
- minimum age for check-in 21 years
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out before 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a surcharge of € 50,00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a cleaning fee of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 250,00 euro; refunded at the end of stay after viewing the condition of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20,00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot
