As good as it gets view! DIRECT gulf front studios-either 5602 or 5603 (side by side same everything except colors of furnishings) , 6th floor panoramic all directional gulf water view...Private balcony for total relaxation. 400 square feet. qn bed, qn sleeper and 1 wall bunk

We have 10 condos in total at the Gulf Shores Plantation and you can see them all at GSPcondos dot com

Who wants EXTRA TIME on vacation? You do? We offer that! We let our guests go on property as soon as you get there (anywhere from noon on) to use the pools walk the beach etc.

Now access to the condo itself is anywhere noon to 3 p m. as when it has been cleaned and is ready we text you the four digit keyless entry code as soon as it is ready! NO registration center to go to at 4 and wait in line to get the vacation started!

These are STUDIOS, (not a 1 bedroom) so while it sleeps 4. 5 is a hard Max as the lower wall bunk which is available for sleeping can only be used by someone who is 10 years older younger and 100 lb or less as the wall bunk is literally only 2 ft wide by 5 ft long. there is no privacy per se as it is an open floor plan without a walled bedroom.

Relaxing stay!

The room was just as described! We absolutely loved the view and the location. Very close to the beach and has a great restaurant right there in the building! Highly recommend this condo!

Nice room but needs some updating. Ok view but balcomy isnt very welcoming. Awesome pools!!!! Great place over all and very happy with the communication. I will be back

Great View!

Overall the property was clean and tidy with minor wear and tear on furniture. Some basic kitchen supplies are needed: coffee mugs, baking sheet, and mixing bowl; however, the spectacular Gulf view superceded anything that was lacking. mixing bowl.

Trip cancelled

I had to cancel the trip 4 days prior to scheduled dates due to having to return to work. I have trip insurance but filing a claim has been a pain in the ass. Your trip insurance program is worthless and a waste of money/is a total scam.

Not as expected-damp

Condo location was decent, size was as expected. What I did not expect was the musty odor in the condo and everything seemed damp. I have mold allergies and after 20 minutes inside the condo I was having breathing issues. I contacted the owner and after a bit, he agreed to move me to a different condo for 2 of the 3 nights with an additional cleaning fee. Same issue happened- I was not able to spend a single night or honestly more than 30 minutes at this condo. I asked for a partial refund several times but was refused because he could not verify there was an issue. The only offer was to use a glade plug in to mask the smell. I then had to find another condo and spend double the money. I know a big storm system had just moved through but I had zero problems in my new lodging and everywhere else in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach.

So bad we left two days early!

We knew it was small and dated, which was perfectly fine with us. The rate was very reasonable and we did not expect any more than that. What we didn’t expect was how nasty the condo would be. 1.) The smell of the condo was awful, like a combination of mold and stale cigarettes. Walls and ceiling were stained everywhere. The “air purifier” was more of noise maker. 2.). The years of landlord special paint jobs were starting to peel off the ceiling. Pieces of the paint soaked popcorn ceiling would fall off in the middle of the night on to us while sleeping. 3.). AC never got the condo below 78 degrees (Thermostat said it was 68). Strange for such a small condo. We are really not sure what the cleaning lady actually cleaned. My wife and I never felt clean after showering in the condo. We left two days early because we dreaded going back to our room every day while we were there. The Plantation itself was quite nice, i think we just got the worst condo there.

Condo 5602 Tower

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach view was fantastic from the condo. The condo had everything we needed. I know it’s the beach but there was still some sand on the floor when we checked in so I swept and mopped which made it a little more comfortable for us. The condo does need some upgrading. It doesn’t look like it’s been upgraded for quite a long time. All in all it was a very nice stay and I would recommend this condo.

Rob's place!

Always love Fort Morgan. Fewer crowds and more natural things to see. On our trip we saw stingrays , dolphins, different kinds of fish, crabs, and even a small sea turtle. The condos were clean and comfy .. a nice retreat after a day of exploring. The condo also has pools. restaurant . and many other amenities on sight. If you are considering going this is a great place and Rob was awesome to work with!!

Overall it was a great stay. As folks who are a little older, we are not the greatest regarding technology, so the Roku TV was a little challenging since there was not regular cable tv. But after going through it we found some things to watch. Thank you!

Super Nice

Beautiful view. Clean. The entire complex was First Rate. Other guests and staff courteous and friendly. We couldn't ask for a more accommodating host and property manager. Rob did everything he could to make sure everything went seamless, and that we had a wonderful stress-free vacation. Would definately go back. Thanks again Rob!!!

Perfect view of the beach

We chose this condo for the view for our 20th year anniversary. The owner(rob) was great the whole process. Contacted us the day we reserved and also throughout. Rob even tried to get us to move a couple of days around to save us some money and stay longer. The grounds are kept up well. Only downfall was the restaurant connected to the condos was closed most of the time do to short staff, but that is NO fault of Robs. The view of the beach is perfect from the 6th floor balcony of the condo. We will surely stay here again.

Vacation during Hurricane Ida

we were already booked when we heard about Hurricane Ida but choose to go anyway. this made for an unusual beach birthday vacation. our host, Rob and his condo managers Jane & John, were in constant contact with us making sure we were safe and had everything we needed.
