Exactly as described

The property was exactly as described in the listing. We loved being able to have coffee on the balcony while enjoying the views of the beach. The room and building as a whole was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great stay

Great location with awesome views from every room. The property and the room were clean and well maintained. The room was a perfect size but a little dated but hey it’s a rental. The pool was great. My only negative is I wish I could have stayed longer. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Great condo! We will definitely rent this same condo again!

Condo was great! Loved the walk in shower. We loved the location. The Hangout, beach stores and several resteraunts were in walking distance. I loved that the realtors were on site and very friendly and helpful, especially when we got locked out of our room several times because we forgot our key. I will definitely be back to stay in this same condo. Only complaint I have is that the sofa bed is very uncomfortable!

Nice Place With a Great View

This is an 8 story building right on the beach. We were on the 4th floor, which is just about perfect for people & beach watching. A pair binoculars come in handy, since the beach itself is some distance away.The unit itself is very nicely appointed & the King bed is comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. The 4 balcony chairs are comfortable and there is a small table.I would definitely stay there again. The building & unit are well maintained, the on-site office is staffed 24-7 and are very helpful & responsive. Saxon was great.

We enjoyed the beach-view property. It was the perfect size for a couple get-away. The condo room was clean. We were a little concerned about being so close to the public beach; however, we had no issues. We had a great trip!!!

Ok for what it was!

The location was great , beach beautiful , the whole condo itself could be updated , the elevator needs to be fixed , the room was small but worth the price ( the dresser fell on our son , so I wish it was bolted to the wall like most places now , luckily the bed caught most of it and he left with some bumps and bruises but it could’ve been much worse.
