The accommodation in this villa rental in Lucca is laid out over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for eight. There is also a charming living area with flat screen TV as well as another sitting area and games room. There is also a formal dining room with table that can seat up to 22 guests, perfect if you're celebrating a special occasion. On this floor there are also two guest bathrooms and a laundry area.

The eight bedrooms in this villa rental in Lucca are arranged over the first and second floors. Five are on the first floor and three on the second floor. All are fully air conditioned and all come equipped with a private safe and boast ensuite bathrooms with showers. Six have king size beds, one has a French bed and the other has two single beds however these can be joined together to create another double room if required. Some bedrooms can accommodate an extra bed allowing the property to sleep up to 19 guests in total if required. All the bedrooms enjoy magnificent views over the surrounding countryside and of the nearby orchards and olive groves.

Outside, the gardens at this villa rental in Lucca are lovely and well kept. A large terrace covered with roses is furnished with a large dining table for al fresco dining. The private swimming pool measures 16m x 8m and is 1,8m deep. It is open from May to September each year. Plenty of sun loungers are provided. Guests also enjoy access to shared tennis, football and volleyball courts just a short distance away. Balls and rackets are provided for your use.

Otherwise, Lucca is 7 km drive away, Florence 50 km, Cinque Terre 60 km and Siena 80 km. For those who like the beach, the nearest beach is in Viareggio which is a 29 km drive from the house. The upmarket seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi is 39 km away. The tennis club is 2.5 km away. There is also a putting green here however the nearest golf course is a bit further away (29 km).

Please note that prices include the services of a chef who can prepare breakfast and either lunch or dinner each day (excluding Wednesdays). However, the cost of the food and drinks will be extra. This is charged at 15 euros per person for breakfast, and between 45 and 55 euros for dinner. A complimentary daily maid service 6 days a week (excluding Sundays) is also provided as is a complimentary concierge service.
