Eine Wohnung direkt am Meer findet man kaum

Ein wunderschöner Ort. Wir waren mit der Wohnung super zufrieden. Die Hausbesitzerin Angela kümmert sich super um alles. Gibt Tipps für Unternehmungen. Wenn man was braucht ist sie sofort da. Immer hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert!!! Sie ist die gute Seele des Hauses.Grazie di tutto. Sonja

Urlaub direkt am Strand

Wir haben die Nähe zum Meer genossen. Es ist praktisch, dass in direkter Umgebung der Ferienwohnung mehrere Restaurants leckere Fischgerichte oder Pizza servieren. Im Bad und in der Küche mussten wir kleinere Abstriche machen, diese werden aber durch die tolle Lage aufgewogen.

Great week in Sicily

This property was in the most perfect spot, couldn’t get any closer to the beach/sea. Lovely property and lovely owner (Giovanni), who was very helpful. It was a bit difficult to find but once we did we were pleasantly surprised. Would really love to go back there again one day. It is a lovely town with lots os places to go for a meal or a drink. I definitely recommend this property and this location.

Great spot

The place is right on the beach, it was great. Within easy stroll of many restaurants. Giovanni was very helpful. The ground floor has a pad in front level with the beach, the floor up has an outdoor patio. Both have pros and cons. Excellent spot; didn't explore the island as much as we could have because we enjoyed the beach so much!

Näher am Strand kann man nicht wohnen!

Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist ordentlich und gemütlich, das Beste ist aber, dass man direkt vor der Türe den herrlichen Sandstrand hat. Die Terrasse ist quasi der Strand. Giovanni ist sehr nett und schaut hin und wieder vorbei, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten ein paar sehr entspannte Strandtage in Selinunte und für Kulturinteressierte ist in Laufentfernung eine tolle griechische Ausgrabungsstätte mit Tempel, sehr schön!

Vacanza super!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bel appartamento quest’estate ad agosto, Giovanni e i suoi genitori sono stati davvero molto gentili e disponibili. Appartamento pulito e sulla spiaggia, proprio come le immagini. E’ stata una vacanza davvero bella e adatta a noi e al nostro bambino!

Brilliant location, excellent apartment.

Everything from start to finish was excellent. Giovanni is polite and very helpful. Beach nice and quiet and the shortest ever trip across the sand and into the sea for a swim. Thankyou Giovanni especially with what you did on the last day for us. The perfect week!!!

Tolle Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Wir hatten das Appartment im Erdgeschoss, die Terrasse grenzt direkt an den Strand an, das Meer 20m entfernt. Das Appartement an sich ist zweckmäßig gut eingerichtet.

Absolut eine Reise wert :)

Wir wären leider nur 3 Nächte in Selinunte. Die kleine Stadt uns vor allem "ihre" Menschen haben so viel Charme, das man sich auf Anhieb wohlfühlt. Giovanni war ein perfekter Gastgeber und jeder Zeit für uns unsere Fragen zur Stelle. Vielen Dank Goivanni:) Leider haben wir bei der Buchung nicht darauf geachtet, bzw. sind automatisch von den Bildern mit dem herrlichem Ausblick von Balkon ausgehangen, sodass sich unser Apartment letztendlich im Erdgeschoss befand. Dadurch hatten wir leider keine separate Terrasse sondern saßen genau genommen mit unserem Frühstückstisch direkt auf dem Strand. Aber selbst das hatte irgendwie Charme. Und das beste war das Meeresrauschen beim einschlafen, das vermissen wir bereits jetzt.

Che dire? Un buon soggiorno è fatto di tante cose. Una Sistemazione impeccabile con a pochi metri un mare straordinario. Intorno la Sicilia: meravigliosa, infinita. Una gestione splendida fatta di gentilezza e di una cordialità come solo questa terra può dare. Second time in paradise/Perfekter Urlaub am Strand

We have been in the same appartment last year and did not spend a thought about going elsewhere this year! This is a perfect place if you want to enjoy the beach in a warm, welcome and typcal sicilian atmosphere! The apartment es exactly as described and in case you need anything, the landlord will find a way to help you out! Exspecially with small kids you don´t need to pack your stuff for the beach because you are AT THE BEACH (and can watch them from the inside of the appartment while you´re having a nice cup of coffee). The nice village-centre & supermarket & restaurants are down the road and the next ice cream store even closer so you dont´t even need a car. If you want to go on a diet, wrong place, because the landlady´s cooking is excellent! The beach is great, fine sand and the water pure and clean and if you feel likek meeting nice peoble, just hang out there. Our kids (3,7,10) loved the beach, the sea, met friends and already want to book for 2017 ;-) We have also had other family members in September 2015 at the same appartment and they were also very, very happy! Paradies auf dem strand..Vacanze nel Paradiso..

Noch besser als beschrieben. Direkt auf den Strand gebaut. Super ausgestattet. Extrem nette Vermieter, häufig vor Ort, es gibt immer einen Kaffee, ein nettes Gespräch und gerne auch geheime sizilianische Rezepte...wer mag kann in der StrandGemeinschaft Kontakte finden, auch die Kinder waren sofort integriert. Frischer Fisch am Hafen, viele Restaurants , kein Massentourismus . Jederzeit wieder. See you there next year. Why going elsewere when you found the paradise...Grazie mille per 3 settimane di Tranquilita, amicizia, Mare e Sole, tanti Café, couscous di Pesche...ci vediamo prossimo anno...

Great apartment, perfect location

We spent a week at the apartment which is in a perfect location - right on the beach and close to all the restaurants. It's a great size and has a large balcony to enjoy your lunch in the sunshine overlooking the sea! Giovanni and his Mum are both really lovely people and very helpful. Thanks guys, we had a great holiday!

Un posto magico

Siamo arrivati il primo Settembre (adulti e due bambini). La casa e' molto spaziosa, pulitissima, munita di tutti i confort. Il punto di forza della casa oltre alla vicinanza al mare (5/6 metri) e' il terrazzo molto spazioso e con panorami da sogno. Ottima per il relax ma anche come punto di partenza per escursioni giornaliere verso Segesta, Trapani, e Agrigento. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Ci ritornerei senza dubbio. Spero di tornarci l'anno prossimo! Grazie

CASA SUL MARE... VACANZA SPETTACOLARE!

Questo appartamento ci ha permesso di "vivere" veramente il mare... la comodità della casa sulla spiaggia è notevole soprattutto per la gestione dei bambini. L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: spazioso pulito e con tutti gli accessori necessari per una famiglia. A pochi metri poi ci sono tutti i servizi utili: bar ristoranti negozi farmacia ecc. I proprietari Angela Leonardo e Giovanni sono super gentili e disponibili... la loro accoglienza è stata unica! Sicuramente consigliamo questo appartamento e speriamo di poterci tornare prestissimo!

Prima appartement op perfecte plaats

Wij hebben de laatste week van augustus 2014 in dit appartement onze vakantie doorgebracht. Het is ideaal gelegen op het strand. Ook restaurants, winkels, enz. zijn allemaal op loopafstand. In het appartement was alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Alles was prima schoongemaakt. Hadden in eerste instantie wat moeite de eigenaar te vinden, die op de begane grond woont, maar werden daarna hartelijk ontvangen. Zeker een aanrader. Het plaatsje Selinunte is niet zo groot, maar aan restaurants, bars, enz. geen gebrek. Archeologische opgravingen liggen vlak bij.

"UNA VACANZA MERAVIGLIOSA"

La posizione della casa è ideale: di fronte al mare e con vista sul parco archeologico di Selinunte. Camminando sulla sabbia si affianca il Tempio di Hera! Selinunte consente di raggiungere facilmente Castelvetrano, Sciacca, Agrigento, Mazara del Vallo, Marsala, Trapani, Erice, Segesta e altri luoghi di grande interesse artistico-storico-culturale. L'appartamento è molto pulito, accessoriato ed in ottimo stato. I proprietari sono molto cordiali, simpatici e disponibili per qualunque evenienza e attenti alle richieste di tutti gli ospiti. Le serate allietate dal suggestivo spettacolo della luna che si riflette sul mare e le stelle che fanno da cornice; ristoranti, piano-bar, pizzerie, rosticcerie, negozi, passeggio. Vacanza sicuramente da ripetere e la consigliamo a tutti. Un carissimo saluto ad Angela, Leonardo e Giovanni da Daniela, Carmine ed Erica.

Schönes Apartment direkt am Meer

Wir haben zu zweit 5 Tage in diesem schönen Apartment direkt am Strand verbracht. Schon das Willkommen von Giovanni und seiner Familie war sehr herzlich und das Apartment war sauber und sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was wir brauchten. (Sogar zwei Espressokocher waren da, was uns besonders gefreut hat :-)) Das Meer ist wirklich direkt vor dem Fenster, dazwischen ist lediglich eine schmale Terrasse, auf der man schön sitzen kann. Ca. 20m weiter beginnt ein sehr schöner Sandstrand. Auch Selinunte hat uns gut gefallen. Auch wenn es aufgrund der Ausgrabungsstätte sehr auf Touristen eingestellt ist (Restaurants, Cafés etc.) hatten wir das Gefühl, in einem netten kleinen Ort mit Einheimischen und nicht in einer reinen Touristenburg zu sein. Tipp: Jeden (?) Morgen um 8h versteigern die Fischer des Dorfes im Hafen ihren Fang kistenweise an die Restaurantbetreiber. Das war spannend zu sehen und wir konnten einem der Käufer zwei Fische abnehmen und sie uns dann fangfrisch in "unserer" Küche zubereiten. Giovanni und seine Familie waren immer für uns ansprechbar und der Kontakt mit ihnen sehr herzlich und nett. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful apartment situated on the beach. Best position i Marinella! Well equiped. Very nice , helpful and serviceminded owner. The whole family is there to help you and it is easy to get i touch with them. Owner is flexible and trustworthy.

Casa Vacanza Le terrazze di Apollo Marinella di Se

Effettivamente tutto corrisponde a quanto riportato nell'inserzione; immobile pulito e in ottimo stato; cortesia, simpatia e cordialità da parte dei proprietari che sono accanto dell'appartamento con ottimi amici; anche la cittadina è ben fornita e sempre viva. Io ho soggiornato con 4 bambini e lo consiglio vivamente. Ottimo pesce fresco direttamente dal porto che dista pochissimo. L'auto potete anche dimenticarla perché c'è persino un supermercato che vi porta la spesa a casa. Ottimo il mare e la spiaggia. La proprietaria ottima cuoca con piatti tipici e ottime ricette. in sostanza è da provare veramente. Sicuramente ritornerò possibilmente per 15 gg. perché è direttamente al mare (nel vero senso della parola). Di negativo assolutamente niente.
