The living area has a sofa and sofa bed, Samsung 3D Smart TV, Sky TV, DVD player, little dining table. The kitchenette has a induction hob, oven, fridge (all appliances are Bosch), kettle plus crockery/cutlery/glasses/etc.. There is a compact bedroom and a shower room, fresh linen and towels included. An iron and hairdryer are available.

Virginia Water, Windsor Great Park, Windsor Castle and Legoland are all a short drive away. Ascot Station 10 minutes walk, Heathrow (around £30) are easy to book if you need one.
