Beautiful Loft Apartment with Hot Tub and Sauna
This extraordinary former Cotton Mill house lies discretely off a quiet street. A true hidden gem which has been the the subject of a beautifully considered renovation enhancing its original features against a backdrop of carefully selected materials.
The space
Open plan alight filled apartment with exposed beams, exposed brick walls, and a selection of contemporary and antique furniture. Enjoy the smart design of the functional kitchen, the luxurious copper bath, open plan rainfall shower, sauna and Japanese hot tub.
You can savour a morning coffee out on the terrace, or curl up on the selection of seating amid contemporary and vintage decor, carefully selected art, and an open beamed wood ceiling.
Open out the 3 secret beds for additional guests located in the floorboards! We can also provide guest beds for up to another 4 people.
Number of guests must always be stated on your booking, as our floorboard beds are locked otherwise. Housekeeping set these beds up prior to your stay.
(Any guests over 2 are charged at £75 per person)
If you are looking to book our space for a photoshoot/videography, you must notify us prior to booking. Failure to do so can result in us shutting down the booking.
Please do not go ahead with a booking and then do any of the above, we have others in the building to think about and so we balance this out with them prior to accepting. Anyone found to be breaking our guidelines will have their booking cancelled.
Please note: we do not have blinds at the property, what makes our apartment unique is the panoramic views, we do include eye masks if you need them to sleep.
Our toilet has vinyl on the bottom half of the window so although you can see out, people can't see you on the loo. We are also in the middle of an industrial estate and so your privacy is not compromised, but please do bear this in mind - any questions please let us know

Other things to note
Property is located on third floor of a converted warehouse and can be accessed by stairs or lift - It is a traditional lift with two doors. Make sure both doors are closed and then call the telephone number (which is provided closer to check in). This is an automated line that takes you straight to the apartment (please note: no one answers the phone - it rings twice and then the lift auto takes you up!)
