Esta casa de cabaña está convenientemente ubicada cerca de la autopista 89 en el hermoso Star Valley Wyoming. Estarás a una milla del centro de Afton, el acceso al bosque, el campo de golf Johnny Miller de Afton y el Templo Star Valley Wyoming LDS. Ya sea que esté planeando un viaje a caballo, pesca, senderismo, esquí o motos de nieve, nuestra cabina es la combinación perfecta. Estamos ubicados en varios acres con estacionamiento privado adecuado para su ATV o remolques de caballos. ¡Incluso tenemos un pasto para tu caballo!

Everything about this experience was great!The house was clean and spacious, easy to find and in a great spot. Karen was amazing to deal with and left us homemade bread and jelly, which we really appreciated.The town of Afton is also one of the friendliest we’ve visited.Highly recommend!

Family reunion

What a beautiful home! I can see why they have 10/10 reviews. The place was very clean and extremely easy to access with it being right by the highway. It is surrounded by big beautiful trees so you won’t hear the highway at all. The home was well stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom needs. The decor was so welcoming and cute that we instantly felt at home. Karen was very kind and responded right away. We look forward to returning again as soon as we can. Thank you, Karen, for sharing your home with us.

Short stay in Afton

This property was wonderful. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner left us homemade bread and jam. The bed we used was very comfortable and the yard was lovely. We lived sitting out on the back deck. It is clear that the owners of this property give their all to their business.

Ideal location for group snowmobile stay in Afton

Our group has stayed at the Johnson cabin many times. It’s ideal for a group of 6-8 or more if spouses join. We snowmobile in the area and the cabin is perfect for us, close to fuel, restaurants and other stores and not too far from the riding area in Smoot. We will definitely be back again.

Enjoyed our time in Star Valley

This was a great family and dog friendly house. Very clean and homey, with lots to do for our kids and comfortable (mostly) bedding and family and game rooms for us when we returned from our adventures. Karen was kind and responsive and had some yummy homemade bread waiting for us when we got here.

Fantastic

We were so impressed with staying here. Family reunion was more relaxed because we were able to not worry about where to stay, where to eat and the other aspects of having 10 people together. We will definitely enjoy this home again if needed. And the extra was the fireworks were across the strret and able to be watched from our front yard.

Another great stay

Karen's cabin is a go to for our family. We love to visit the area and stay here any chance we get. The beds are comfortable, the house is always clean, and there is space to spread out, have fun, and make it a great base camp for our adventures in the area. We look forward to returning soon!

Family trip

The cabin was wonderful, just as advertised. The host was helpful with anything we needed. It’s easy to find and get to with ample parking. The kids loved the big room upstairs and the basement. We will likely stay there again.

Wonderful home, great location

Wonderful Christmas cabin stay! Hosts made the place so nice and cozy we had a great family vacation even though there wasn't enough snow this year to ski yet at Pine Creek. Highly recommend cabin in a beautiful area.

We love Afton

Karen was great. The cabin is great. We were there for a hunting trip and although we didn’t harvest any deer it was always nice to know that after hiking all day in the mountains we could look forward to a warm cabin. There was seven of us in our group and we had plenty of room and cooked every night in. The cabin is well stocked and we didn’t need anything except our groceries from Broulims. The town has a ton to offer. The people are extremely friendly. ( How it should be )

A Piece of Heaven in Star Valley

It's the perfect getaway. We could have easily stated another week or longer. The cabin was amazing and perfect in every way !! I wouldn't change a thing !! Tucked up a private lane surrounded by beautiful trees and landscaping. The town offered several perfect dining choices as well !! We will definitely be back !! The host/owner was absolutely wonderful too !!

I am a 5th generation Star Valley native. Although I've lived elsewhere at times, you can't take the country out of a country girl! I just love the area, the lifestyle, and the people. I've always enjoyed gardening, working with the animals, and spending time with friends and family.

I love the small town/country life style, the proximity of National Forests, and the changing seasons.There is much to offer in our little valley and it is close to the Tetons, Jackson Hole, and Yellowstone National Park. Not to mention the fresh air and blue skies!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This home has easy access from Highway 89 and ample parking large enough for trailers. We can even provide a field for your horses! We are located within a couple of miles of Swift Creek Canyon which is well known for the largest intermittent springs in the world. To the south a mile is the public entrance to Dry Creek Canyon and the national forest with trails for hiking, mountain biking, or horse riding. To the west is Salt River and great fishing.
