2nd floor Studio Apartment with two large private balconies, overlooking Parikia Bay and 600 meters by road from Livadia Beach. House is located on a quiet hill overlooking the town. Easily accessible with private entrance and parking. Panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the port. Property is close to town but away from the noise and bustle. 1.5 km from the port.
The space
A studio apartment with kitchenette, bathroom, a pull out couch, and a bedroom with two single beds. Balconies provide amazing views of the port and Aegean Sea. Quiet and serene setting. Host onsite.
Guest access
Each Unit boasts its own balcony for private use. In addition, there is a communal rooftop terrace with loungers and bbq grill.
Other things to note
Located 600 meters by road from the beach and 1.5 km to the port. Renting a car or motorbike is recommended but not necessary.
Host is happy to help you arrange transport and/or vehicle rentals.
