On the upper floor we find the sleeping area with a bunk bed room and a small private balcony overlooking the garden, a bathroom with a bathtub and the bright double bedroom with a large lake-view terrace. In the basement there is a third double bedroom, a large shower bathroom, a laundry area and a single garage. Casa Esmeralda is located within a quiet residence with a swimming pool, very close to the sports fields and the prestigious Garda Golf, the town centre can be reached comfortably on foot. Casa Esmeralda is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer and coffee maker. The property is equipped with screens. If not directly charged in the booking, the tourist tax (per guest) and a security deposit of €250 will be required upon arrival.
