Owners: Jackson & Fiona Jackson Streit has lived in Breckenridge since 1973, owns & operates the Mountain Angler Outdoor Clothing, Gear & Fly Fishing guide business located on 311 S. Main St. in Breckenridge. Fiona van Reisen has lived in Breckenridge since 1977 and is an Broker Associate for Re/Max in Breckenridge. Their son is a Colorado University graduate and works as an engineer in Denver. .

Best property and perfect location for skiing and enjoying the town of Breck!!
We have been traveling to Breckenridge for over 15 years and have stayed at a variety of properties. This property is the best value and best property. The owner is fantastic and very easy to work with, from setting up contract to checking out. This property offers ALL the amenities of home and then some. Want heated parking - check, want washer and dryer - check, want a hot tub - check, want an updated comfortable property - check, want to be close to the lifts and town - check.Not sure what more I can say, but check it out! We will return and we will want this property. Thank you, very much! Enjoyed every aspect and the snow was just right - a little windy - not can’t be controlled in BRECK! Thanks for another GREAT experience.
Clean and pristine!
The condo was super clean and was in a great location! There weren't any parking spaces in the garage on the weekend mainly because people were taking too many spots with their large vehicles so we had to "create" one outside. Once the weekenders left it was great to have a heated space. The ski locker was handy, also, and we loved the wood burning fireplace-we used it every night.

Great Place To Stay In Downtown Breckenridge
If you are planning to stay in Breckenridge, I would highly recommend this place. My daughters and I found this two bedroom/two bath condo very spacious, clean, well-maintained, up to date, and offered many amenities. You feel like you’re staying at home. Additionally, there is really no need for a car as the condo is close to Main Street, across the street from F Lot (which is a main bus shuttle stop for all bus routes), and a two block walk to the bottom of Peak 9 chair lifts. But if bring a vehicle, no worries, you have a heated garage as well as a locker/closet to store your skies. We found the owner very responsive, friendly, informative, and really easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great ski vacation. The next time we make it back to Breckenridge, I would love to stay at this condo once again!

Great place in a great location
This is a very comfortable, well decorated, and functional condo which is centrally located for the best of everything in Breckenridge. You can walk across the street to the free ride bus stop that connects you to the entire county or to the next chair lift at the mountain base. Walk one block to central downtown. Walk two blocks to the mountain. Relax in the hot tubs and sauna in the building or get refreshed in the outdoor pool. No need for a car but if you bring one, it stays in a heated garage. And finally, the owner is very responsive and available. I've stayed here several times and will continue to return. I highly recommend this place.
Definitely would recommend this condo
This condo has an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen had all the appliances, dish ware and cookware that we needed from wine openers to scissors to coffee pot. It was nice that the owner left coffee and hot chocolate in the cupboard for us to enjoy. The beds were very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The living room was spacious and all rooms had nice televisions. My family watched television while I enjoyed reading a couple of the books that were in the living room. We used the hot tub which was very nice and had giant windows which let in a lot of light to the room.
The location was about 2 blocks from the base of Peak 8 and it was easy to get there.
I would recommend this unit highly.
