Their son is a Colorado University graduate and works as an engineer in Denver. .

We chose this rental property for its central Breckenridge location, across from the Blue River and from our store. It's perfect for our fishing & skiing guests as well as a great Real Estate investment.

The apartment was just like being home. Everything that you need is there. The location is perfect, a short walk to the pistes and also to town and restaurants. The apartment itself is fitted out to a high quality, clean and tidy. We will certainly be looking to book the apartment again.

Definitely would recommend this condo

This condo has an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen had all the appliances, dish ware and cookware that we needed from wine openers to scissors to coffee pot. It was nice that the owner left coffee and hot chocolate in the cupboard for us to enjoy. The beds were very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The living room was spacious and all rooms had nice televisions. My family watched television while I enjoyed reading a couple of the books that were in the living room. We used the hot tub which was very nice and had giant windows which let in a lot of light to the room.

The location was about 2 blocks from the base of Peak 8 and it was easy to get there.

I would recommend this unit highly.
